Horrible customer service. Had to go in to place my order since I tried calling and I was hung up on. Tried to order, the girl at the front “kaythleen” told us we couldn’t order certain items as they were online only, even though the poster was hanging up directly on their warmer…. Upon getting our food, we made it home and had completely burnt pepperoni puffs, and trust me when I say there was no PUFF to them, we had asked for extra Parmesan on the breadsticks and there was next to no seasonings on them entirely.
Definitely won’t be back.

I have never gotten a bad pizza from Little Caesars. Then you got to love the garlic butter. But try dipping a pepperoni pizza into some yum yum sauce! Your taste buds will thank you!

This last visit confirmed I will not order from this store anymore!! They’ve been rude, watched several people walk in and continued to stand in the back talking in plain sight in the past but today they updated the app notification that my order was ready. And that it was loaded into the portal! I was running late so how come when I arrive 5mins later I still had to wait another 5-10mins until they boxed an cut it??
I normally wouldn’t complain but this is literally an every visit occurrence!!
Acknowledge the customers!!! Don’t click an order is ready when it’s obviously not or won’t be anytime soon! An better yet get some friendlier staff!!!

Absolutely the WORST little ceasars ive ever been to. The worst in 3 surrounding counties. Rude employees, poor customer service, and prepare to sit in their parking lot for half an hour because they never have any food ready. Even with calling ahead to place a carry out order i’ll still have to wait 30 mins at the least. Its EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever is managment should actually be fired and embarrassed, this location is an absolute JOKE.

The pizza is always great. I always use the app to order and it’s 50/50 on it being ready within the estimated time. I’ve had to wait 20min+ after the estimated ready time, which I don’t mind, but just factor that in and I’ll plan accordingly. With that particular order, it was because most of my order was ready and sitting on the rack getting cold while they start on the rest of the order. They also offer a discount when you buy two sauces like ranch, jalapeno cheddar, etc. The receipt to the employees evidently doesn’t show that. I have to remind the employees I actually have double from what they gave me.The food is good, the atmosphere is alright. The issue in my opinion, this is a chain restaurant, there are standard operating procedures that are set in place, and this particular Little Caesars isn’t training correctly to the chains standards. I truly don’t mean to complain, I just hope they get it together and are able to stay on top of the job they have.

Where do I start ?! There was no puff on the crazy puffs. The breadsticks look like dog bones. Waited over 30 mins to be served this. There was barely any dough or toppings. I don’t mind waiting as long as the food is good & this is terrible.

A argument broke out between two staff members. The lady at the front taking orders went to take my order and told me all the drama before I even said a word to her. I think her name is Alexis… not sure. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Train your team members on professionalism and customer service. She also did this to other customers walking in the door. Smh. Also, waited 40 minutes for two pizzas and two orders of bread sticks. I don’t wanna come back to this place unfortunately.

Editing to add: It is the day after I ordered from Little Caesars in Elizabethtown, and I have food poisoning from the crazy puffs I ate from there. DO NOT eat here. You will get sick!
Don’t order from here unless you want to be told you can “only order certain foods online.” Also, don’t order from here unless cold food that should be warm is something you like.

You know the saying “1 bad apple can spoil them all”? That’s exactly how things went the last time we are from here. Food was burnt, order wasn’t right, they didn’t answer phones but tried to keep us from walking in the door. When 1 person finally slowed down to ask what’s wrong, they “corrected” my order by giving us, you guessed it, another burnt pizza. I kept my receipt and order number, sent that along with photos to corporate, and haven’t been compensated, emailed, called, nada. This was February 19th! I’ve never had pizza dough so dry and crunchy even when my kids overbake it. You live around that part of town and really want pizza, just go to Kroger or Walmart.
