I come to this business atleast once a week to order the exact same thing, 2 orders of the pepperoni puffs. Before I come I try calling the store to place my order for convenience as its usually on my way home from work. For atleast 2 months now no one answers the phone for orders. Tonight same experience but only worse! Got there at 9 pm one hour before close and came to the drive thru window, no one at the window so I’m again calling the store and can hear the phone just ringing. So I drive around and park, I come into the store to see a young guy sitting by the phone, so I ask why no one is answering the phone or coming to the drive through window, he stated everyone was busy. Busy doing what sitting on your butt is what he was doing. Another young guy came to take my order, I paid even left him a tip! Walked out to my vehicle to wait for my order, about 10 minutes or so later I pulled thru the drive thru to pick up my order, but when I placed my order previously and upset over the horrible and rude customer service, I did state that I would be calling corporate bc this has happed so many times in the past, the same young guy sitting by the phone goes to hand me my order and ask me if I got a hold of corporate instead of just apologizing and asking if I needed anything else. Well while holding my boxes I knew something was off with my order bc the boxes were very light, this guy turned out to be a manager of this store and goes by the name of Dalton! He has no business being any type of management much less and employee!!! This was my order he deliberately made and handed out to me then slammed the window door and locked it. I drove around the building to the front of the store to catch the employee that took my order and asked him to speak with management, he told me that Dalton was the manager and the one that handed me my order. This employee would not get the manager, “Dalton”, stating they were now closed, however some of his friends that pulled into the parking lot during all of this stated they just drove all the way from Dixon to come pick up pizza, this employee told his friends to drive around back!!!! This is completely absurd and horrible customer service as well as closing early and giving out free food to their friends! I work in the hospitality/ restaurant business as we speak and have for the last 30 years as well as owning a restaurant with my husband and all I have to say this manager and staffing would be terminated immediately!!!! I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning. I should be refunded on my order and why I even tipped is beyond me! You have lost a loyal customer and in the future do better for your community!

I have been coming to this location without issue. The food is fine, it feeds the family to satisfaction. However, tonight, due to extenuating circumstances, my wife was a few hours late to get our pizza. The person at the drive thru asked my wife what the reason was for being late in a rude tone. Not wanting to be a burden, my wife simply left. It was our fault for being late, I accept that, but to strike a tone over it is not called for. If it’s policy to throw it out after a certain point, it’s okay to communicate as much, but do it in a professional manner, at least.

I also don’t know which old employee thinks she’s somebodies momma asking the reason I was late for my pizza. I don’t care if I ordered it and came for it 6 hours later, the quality of said food is MY problem at that point. Y’all are still open at 9pm. Act like it.

Food has been undercooked, have been getting little to no sauce on pizza and even whenever you ask for extra sauce they charge you and still put very little. This place is the only place I know that charges for extra sauce! They never have any hot ready pizzas! Supposed to have pepperoni sausage and cheese and crazy bread on hand!

Ordered online at 1:25 pm for a 4:00 pm pick up. At 4:15 it was still not ready. I was told they were working on it. The excuse was we don’t get online orders until 15 minutes before pick-up. Hmmmm 4:00 pm pick up but at 4:15 still not ready. That’s 30 minutes later. And manager was very rude. Won’t be going back again.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Ordered online for drive thru pick up. I sat in the drive thru for ONE HOUR AND FIFTY FIVE MINUTES. Got the notification that my pizza was ready 5 minutes BEFORE getting there so my pizza sat for 2 hours before the 6 cars in front of me got through the line. It was ice cold and nasty! Threw it away. Never again!!!!

Sauce was nasty then I watched 1 of the female cooks touch a finished pizza with her bare hands then took a spatula and poked at the top of pizza and was like there now it’s fixed. I watched to make sure mine wasn’t touched because they were going to issue a refund if it were. The crazy bread was undercooked.

I went inside, paid for my pizza, and was told it would be a few minutes. Normally, they bring it out to the car when it’s ready. I parked right in front of the door, waited in my car, and unintentionally fell asleep while waiting. BEFORE EVEN BRINGING OUT MY PIZZA, THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME!!!!! THIS LITERALLY HAPPEND WHILE WAITING FOR MY PIZZA. I ORDERED MY PIZZA AT 12:05 AND WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF FALLING ASLEEP, THIS ALL HAPPENED. When I finally got the pizza and asked why he called the police, the excuse was that my car was on and I ‘could get carbon monoxide poisoning.’ WHAT A JOKE!!!! I wasn’t in a garage, I was outside in the open parking lot! And it gets worse! THE COP MADE ME GET OUT OF MY CAR AND DO TESTS AS IF I WAS DRUNK! All because this clueless worker didn’t use common sense. I was humiliated for NOTHING. No apology. No respect. Just embarrassment and wasted time! Do better for your paying customers who don’t mind WAITING a few extra minutes for your pizza! NEVER again!!!!!
