Paid for my food and was told it would be ready in 10 mins. Was sitting in the lobby for 30 mins and asked why my food wasn’t ready yet & the lady didn’t even know what I ordered. All I ordered was a pizza and breadsticks. Worst service I’ve ever received.

Disappointed again. Pizza wasn’t cut again. It was then cut lopsided with some tiny pieces and some gigantic slices. The crust itself was lopsided. One side deep dish the other thin crust. The little girl didn’t have the strength to cut the pizza. They should put someone else who can do the job on the job. She wasn’t sanitary either. She had her hair hanging down, her hands on her face and under her arms then touching people’s pizzas. What happened to doing quality work? Taking pride in what you do? I realize we’re talking about pizza here, but what if we all took this approach at work? America wouldn’t be so great, huh? I guess you get what you pay for…

Very awesome experience my daughter’s and I had this evening. The pizza is the best it’s ever been from this location, the crust and the cheese is soooo thick and just perfectly baked as well, and the taste is exemplary. And the bread sticks were also amazing as well.

They made a mistake on one of our pizzas and added extra of the topping we said we wanted none of on a supreme pizza, called the store and was greeted with an apology and wonderful customer service & our pizza was replaced with the correct order and ready by the time we made it back to the store. Mistakes happen, human error is acceptable & customer service is key to correcting many errors, staff was super polite and apologetic while they corrected the error without any issues. Now even with this error I will continue to enjoy food from this Little Caesar’s because customer service is everything. Thank you

Consistency can be an issue. It makes returning an adventure. A pizza I enjoyed one visit may not be as good the next. If they could correct this I could give the fifth star. Service is always fast and courteous. And I feel that the pizzas are a good value for the price.
