This is the only franchise of its kind in the city that consistently makes good pizza. The other two locations have consistently made me ill, likely because of food storage issues. These folks get it right every time. The customer service here supersedes that of the others as well. Always a smile. The other two appear to lack etiquette. I go out of my way to get to this one. I always eat at other Little Caesar’s and the pizza is always good, but at this one the pizza was burnt and only had pepperoni in the center. The rest of the pizza was empty, with no sauce, cheese, or pepperoni.

I was outside the store and use the app to order a pizza and breadsticks. Once I paid, I realized I made a mistake and needed cheese bread. I went in the store immediately and asked to make a change and they said I couldn’t because I use the app. DONT USE THE APP! The pizza is not that good. Pretty basic.toppings aren’t portioned on the pizza very well. The next time I want pizza I’m gonna have this in mind and I probably will not be getting my pizza from here. My daughter used to love their breadsticks. Not so much anymore. It all came down to convenience, but it’s not worth it.

I called Bc I got a pizza n got home n it looked like it was Literally sat on in the middle or something because it really looked weird well they gave me a free one the next day I didn’t look the same but I’m one that doesn’t keep on complaining so I’m done with I’m really still mad and upset about the fact I don’t know if they have someone new working back there cooking these or what but I know I’ve gotten better pizza from here

So I went in the website looking for something other than pepperoni. I saw they had an extra most bestest Italian sausage pizza. Went to the starlight location and ordered it. 8-10 minute wait no big deal. Received the pizza. Opened it. What a disgrace. Hardly any toppings. I asked the guy what is this? I ordered the extra most best Italian sausage. There were minuscule toppings all in the center. There were not toppings in the 4″ to the crust which was extra thick. He said “It’s changed a lot in the time I’ve worked here, not like it used to be.” I took it walked out. Decided I would not accept this. Went back in and asked for my money back. This girl Kaitlyn M. came up and I explained to her what I had ordered. I opened the box to show her, defensively she said what’s wrong with it. I said it looks nothing like what you have pictured. She responded “we put two scoops” ( I do not work at Little Caesars, so I don’t know what that is supposed to mean). At this point, based on her unprofessionalism and her defensive hostile attitude, I knew she had no intention on doing the right thing. I asked for my money back. She grabbed the pizza slammed it on the counter next to her and barked “what name is on it.” I told her. She pounded on the key board and then says “two days”. I asked what does that mean? “It’ll be in your account in two days”. No apologies, no have a great day, nothing. Handed me my receipt and walked away.

Their “scheduled delivery” doesn’t work and is nothing but a pain and lots of pointless calls. You won’t get your food when you advise the delivery driver that it was scheduled for another time. It was cancelled, on the phone at the store they said it’s not and still scheduled for the desired delivery time, never arrived, called again, called customer service, … nothing. Long story short: Unless you want your pizza asap, don’t rely on a) getting your food, and b) talking to a competent, helpful person that will take care of your business!!! Ridiculous.
