Ordered online for pickup at store . Went and picked it up drive all the wat home. Served my wife a slice and she says, “That’s not what I ordered.” I got to looking at it and she is correct. I ordered Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni and they did not make if Crazy style. I live to far away to return it. So im stuck with food I dislike. Wish they would just follow directions and make what’s on the order. I order the same thing the other day and it was correct, so I didn’t check the order when I picked it up this time. Bet I take time to check my order next time. If I reorder from that location again.

I ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese that would need to be made fresh. they tried giving me a extra most best that has extra pepperoni which I don’t like. I asked if I could get a fresh pizza made with just extra cheese. They told me to wait 8 minutes (not enough time to make a new pizza). And when I got home I see that they literally melted cheese on top of a extra most best pizza. And they charged me for extra most best instead of just extra cheese.

I walked in and ordered my food and was trying to get my card unlocked, the manager comes over to me and says in a rude tone “That card unlocked yet?” I say no and sorry and she ignored me. (WiFi data trouble) they give me my food and I apologize once again but was left ignored by the short haired manager. I didn’t care at first because sometimes people just have bad days. I go home and open my pizza and it’s hard as a rock. A rock would be proud of this pizza. I chipped my back left tooth trying to eat it. I have determined it is not edible, I throw the pizza away. If I could give this place zero stars…I definitely would. Hire better in management.

Ordered a pizza got home and the dough was still raw called the store and they offered to replace it like they should well the replacement was also raw called again they tell me to call the manager Monday I did and all the manager said was she would not replace or refund it and hung up on me they need new management and sounds like new ovens or something….

Probably the worst and rudest drive through worker I’ve been to. It physically hurts her to give out more than 2 zap packs and crushed pepper packs per pizza. You ask for more and you get the eye roll, explains every time she’s not supposed to give out more than that, and you get one (1) extra pack. Go to the Wheelersburg one across the river.

I have to give a special lady named Pam at this location a shout out. She went beyond anything I ever had expected. My daughters baby shower was today and it started at 10am this lady came in to make all the pizzas early just for me. Now if that isn’t going beyond for customer I do not know what is. Thank you Pam for making my daughters baby shower a success your your such a sweetheart
Btw this is the only location I ever come to to get my pizzas and yes I make the drive for I live in kitts Hill Ohio it’s so worth it❤️

About 2 months ago wife and I stopped at around 20-30 mins to closing time and bought 2 of the hot and readys. They were the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. They had been in the warmer longer that the should have been. The crust was rock hard and the toppings were dry and hard. If we didn’t live 6 miles up route 1 I would have brought them back. I use to manage a Little Caesars so I know more or less what happened. Laziness.

Worst little Caesars ever. Everytime we come here something is messed up. Ordered an extra most bestest and each slice literally had 1 pepperoni on it. Last pizza I got had barely any sauce and the crust was 3x the size it was supposed to be.
