Well, I would give a zero if I could went inside to pick my order up and the Flies were just swarming around me walked up to the counter flies were on the counter ,on the register ,on the second counter where the food was being prepped, unbelievable. with all the diseases going around how could they ignore this .the CDC has been posting about the screwfly and also the fruit flies. how flies transmit diseases. I asked for the manager he said there was nothing he could do about the Flies ..Lord help us .so I will never go back into Caesar’s pizza again. I got my money back and left.

They are so terrible. The food is good if they don’t have flies in it ! But the service is so bad. I only got two things which didn’t take 10 minutes to make by the time I had got through the drive-through they tell me to go and park and they will bring it out in five minutes. I sit there for 20 minutes and then when I finally gave up and walked in and got it myself, it was just sitting there on the counter. No one had even bothered to bring it

This place has always had wonderful food,but yesterday after a 30 minute wait in the drive through we went in to get our food and what a sight we ran in to. FLYS were everywhere!! On the counters the food the registers I mean everywhere! We asked for the manager and he said there wasn’t anything they can do about them. I MEAN SERIOUSLY. YES THERE IS. Sanitize clean, call orkin. Buy sanitizing lights. There are flys carrying screw worm. Went back again today just to check and YUP there still there. I will never be back to Barbourville Little Caesars and neither should you!!!

Whatever crew they have in there today is who they need to keep! We ordered wings pizzas and crazy bread twice lol they were on point back to back buddy. Best wings I’ve had in a while and the crew was smiling and chill ya know that’s a big deal. They were slammed too so consider most people would be in a negative mood while slammed on a Tuesday afternoon. Not these guys. We loved it.

I’ve visited this place for pizzas a lot, but lately, it’s just really really bad. Today my pizza looked like it had been dropped in the floor. I got grit, and hard pieces in a few slices. The grease was so bad that the crease that folds over the box was pooled throughout the ridge. This is not the first time that’s happened. The past few pizzas are so loaded with grease that it looks like Pepsi or water has been spilt on it, and it tastes like it too. Just pure soggy pizza. I don’t know if this little Caesars and little Caesars of pineville needs new management or what, but I won’t be buying pizza here anymore or in pineville anymore. Middlesboros little Caesars is far superior usually. Yes my sister took a couple bites but other than that, this pizza wasn’t touched, and it was barely cut so she had to cut and tear it to get the little piece she wanted. Disgraceful.

Barbourvilles little Caesars isn’t bad at all as me and my parents normally stop by coming from Corbin but the most recent visit i was with my fiance and siblings and the pizza wasnt completely cooked? Went thru drive thru yesterday and ordered 3 pizzas, drinks and the brownies. Repeated my order twice at the speaker. Person working speaker wasn’t friendly then got to the window and the lady was rude. Plain out rude and had a attitude. Blowing and eye rolling. The pizza was great. The brownies are def not the size advertised, but they were good.

The food was good but the drive thru worker Jordan W. Was beyond ridiculous she was smoking a cigarette inside the door in the back she had the door cracked but she was INSIDE, she didn’t take our order at the speaker she made us drive around and wanted another 15 minutes of ours, we waited over 25 minutes for our food & the 15 minutes wasted were in the drive thru. The other girl with the long dark blonde hair worked front inside was sweet she was a great worker, she was trying her absolute best while the drive thru cashier with caked on make up was running around back with her phone in her hand running her mouth ♀️

Food Ok. They just need to get the orders correct. When you pay more for a thin (uses less crust) and isn’t fixed as requested. Seems to be more interested in production then quality. The cheese breadsticks were great but sauce was only half full.
