I love little Caesar’s but the one in Harlan is loosing their care. They are not taking pride in their work and it shows. I got the slices and sticks deal and it was so soaked I was not able to eat it. I included pictures of what I got needless to say I will not be back for a VERY long time

They are an all-around fast, clean, friendly restaurant. I have, on a few occasions, not been completely satisfied with my food. During hours they are busiest, pizza tends to be rushed through oven or uncut.
As this is not a constant occurrence I feel comfortable with 4 ☆

I was a customer at this store on 4/24/2025 and ordered the Lunch Combo. The price of the Lunch Combo was advertised on their menu board at $5.99. I was charged $6.49 plus tax. I informed the staff that the advertised price was only $5.99, but they refused to refund the over charge of $0.50 plus tax. This store location is knowingly and deliberately over charging for the Lunch Combo.

Generally speaking, we get crazy bread almost exclusively here. Not sure what went wrong but there was pretty much nothing on them. It was a slight taste of butter only. That’s unfortunate because we are here fairly often. We are planning on not coming back for a little while in hopes the problems will get worked out. Staff and service were great otherwise and we got in and out quickly.

Placed an order online and ended up waiting over an hour. Went to the drive thru at the time the app said the order would be ready and was told to pull to the side and wait for my order to be brought out. Waited for over an hour and never received my order. I tried to call 20 times with no answer finally after an hour of calling someone answered. I informed him to cancel my order and refund my card. Three days later and my card has not been refunded.

Not enough employees, no one working the front. A lady and I waited about 15 minutes to get someone to take our order
and then another 35 minutes to get our food. The staff was to busy work drive through. The lady that was running from back to front she would handle the money and then go back to make pizza’s no gloves or washing hands this is poor hygiene and safety. The health department would not be happy, I know I wasn’t. I know the food business is tough but come on in these days and times it’s really important about having clean hands.
I’m retired executive chef 17 Year I wasn’t happy at all to see this and I hope the owner will read this and address this issue. It wasn’t the lady’s fault. I don’t think She had been trained in wearing gloves or washing hands, the blame belongs on the owner and mgr.
Your cheese is like chewing gum why??? Not happy and will not return.

Affordable pizza only reason we come back and it gets a 1 star. Otherwise, customer service is awful. Timely manner is the worst. We ordered online and the estimated time was 8:22 so we waited to the side as they asked. At 8:25 we called them and they said that someone came through with the same order and they got theirs first (as in gave ours away). Finally, at 8:35 we called and they picked up the phone and said “it’s coming out of the oven” not even hello or anything. At 8:40 we finally pulled to the front and went in and got the pizza. This is not the first time we had this happen. No one seems to care or try to fix this issue.
