We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 crazy bread w crazy sauce. My husband picked it up on his way home. I played the order so I know that he didn’t make a mistake ordering. One pizza was supposed to be the original crust, the other thin (as I only like thin crust & won’t eat any other kind). Both were the original crust so, no pizza for me. Which brings us to the 2 orders of bread & sauce. We received one order. We paid for 2 but got 1. The 2 bread sticks I got for dinner that night were admittedly delicious, I still went to bed hungry that night! 🙁 I tried calling but no one ever answered the phone. I tried again the following day; again, no answer. A company that won’t answer their phone, certainly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, which is why I never wasted my time driving up there so that we were at least made whole.

Went through the drive-thru to order a (classic) Hot n Ready, said it would be 20 minutes to pull around to the front and they would bring it out to us. We waited 30 minutes, so I decided to go in and see what the wait was about, after speaking to three people about the wait and my order they come to the conclusion set my order was never fixed so I had to wait another 15 minutes to get a Hot n Ready (classic). They’re not so Hot and ready anymore. I have ordered many, when I say many as in hundreds of Hot n Ready (Classic) all over the United States never have I waited over 15 minutes or was forgot about besides this location. I sit there and watch them make the pizza and literally took one person no more than 5 minutes to make it. Terrible service, a management

Never give reviews, but I couldn’t not on this experience. Ordered a hot and ready and crazy puffs. After being told to pull around with no room to park because of the previous 5-7 orders being told the same, we sat in the car for 45 minutes before I eventually went inside to a number of others doing the same. It was another 10 minutes before I was addressed standing at the register and only because I grabbed the attention of one of the employees that were showing virtually 0 urgency. I had to tell the uninterested employee my order to which he goes right to the back and hands me two boxes and says “here this one has no name on it just take it”. No apologies, no sympathy, and absolutely no urgency even still as I left the 10-12 others in the same position. No shot I will be back here.

I’ve been here the last three times I’ve gotten pizza and last night was it because I ordered it on the phone so I wouldn’t have to wait for it. Then when I got there it was completely wrong it didn’t have the extra cheese it had a lot of Parmesan cheese it was just nasty looking. So they redid it I set up front for 15-20 minutes waiting for them to bring it out to me and I was thinking you know I just turned in one pizza I figured they got it right this time so I didn’t even look in the box my 4-year-old was already getting restless we ordered the pizza at 9:00 and we didn’t get to eat until 11:00 needless to say. When we got home open the box and I would not have said it to my dog if I had one the center of it was hard as a rock the breadsticks was the pizza dough wasn’t done it was chewy inside there was no cheese on the breadsticks but there was tons of garlic and parmesan cheese that I already told them I did not want. The GM tried to tell me that he did the pizza he knows there was cheese on it and that it was done right I told him I would bring it back up there he said no he would just refund my money because they fixed it for me twice and I’m not satisfied. I told him that’s fine you can refund my money but I’m bringing it back to you so I can show you that you did not do it right this is why I’m not satisfied. I told him you did it for me twice because you didn’t get it right the first time then you didn’t get it right the second time so now the third time you return my money and I just got a large pepperoni after that because I was done and my son was really wanting pizza that’s his favorite his Little Caesars I don’t know why but it is. They brought the box out to me I opened it up and looked at it and just shook my head shut the lid and went home we didn’t get home till 11:00 by the time we got there my son fell asleep so he didn’t even get to eat the pizza that I ordered at 9:00 and didn’t get till 11:00. This is not the first time this is the third time and I’ve called and ordered ahead and had to have them redo it and wait 15 or 20 minutes for it! So I’m just saying check your box before you leave and make sure it’s right or you’ll get home and be disappointed..
