I do not recommend ordering through the little Caesars app. We had items that were forgotten, and the driver (door dash) said they’d be in contact with door dash support and bring that back out to us. We waited a while and hadn’t heard anything. Tried calling the store phone number and it gives a message that the mail it isn’t accepting messages. Called the order support number from the app and they started a refund process. We had to argue to cancel that, because that would be excessive. We just wanted the items. My husband is now on his way to the store. I’ll just use door dash’s app next time, because this was ridiculous. The driver isn’t at fault, and I hope she doesn’t get punished for this.

Young man that took my order was very polite and was very understanding of exactly what ordered. My mom is allergic to all dairy, so ordering a pizza without cheese is hard to understand. Also, explained that last time we ordered half of pizza wasn’t made.( Imagine our surprise when we opened the box only 1/2 was done.) Today was definitely different. The young man told me he would personally make pizza. An excellent pizza he made. Mom is very happy. We will be ordering Little Caesar’s again.

Pizzas good, its a toss up on the mount of sauce you get depending on the employ since the pizzas made right there but ive never had a bad one. Its very good for the price me and my partner like it better than the more expensive pizzas around, but we’re poor so we might be biased. We eat here pretty regularly and theyre always great, the employees have great customer service. Just wish they stayed open an hour later, i feel like i always want pizza 30mins after they close haha

I placed order online amd paid online I ordered a calzone amd cookie dough brownies get to thestore amd my code didn’t work at the portal so the lady asked can she help, I told hermy name and she said oh yeah they said they tried calling me about my order cause they couldn’t make the calzoney today amd I showed her my phone where I had no missed call from there and asked about my money that done came out my account so she went to get the manager which was so rude. After about 20 minutes hr finally Gabe my money back well he threw the change and it went on the floor… Just rude.

This place is a JOKE you can never call an order in. So I started ordering online get to store in drive thru told not done pull out front they will bring out. Behind store it is major pothole city. Park out front wait another 30 minutes nothing go in and the staff says oh yeah it’s right here you could have gotten anytime. Get pretzel pizza home over done no salt and not even cut all the way. This store needs a manager who wants to make money. Will not go back.
