Had no cheesy jalapeño cheese sauce. Main reason i go. Pizzas are never consistent. New crust is good. Be lot better review if had the sauce and pizzas are consistent. Like made the same each time. Friendly workers wouldn’t hurt. Smile or something.

You order pepperoni cheese bread you get a pepperoni pizza with no sauce
So I ordered a cheese bread skip the pepperoni I got a cheese pizza with crust
No garlic butter none of the seasoning that comes on the cheese bread I got a pizza with no sauce
I live in Danville can we please get corporate to teach these people how to make Little Caesars I love Little Caesars cheese bread I’m like addicted to it but I absolutely would rather drive to another town to get it.
Lancaster’s Little Caesars is really super good at the go time gas station

One poor guy working while 4 others sit around. Messed up our order 3 times. I know it’s a cheap in and out pizza joint but management needs to look into the place. I don’t normally give negative reviews because it takes us all to make the world go round but this place sucks.

The pizza is extremely dried out and should not have been served to anyone. This should have been placed in the trash or given to animals. It’s possible the pizza is old. Hot N Ready doesn’t go for this, it’s cold, crunchy, dry & the worst pizza I’ve had in 31 years of being on earth. I’ve ate here for 20 years and this is my 3rd bad experience. For discount pizza I didn’t expect much, but unfortunately I’ll be ordering another pizza tonight after driving 7 hours from Southern Georgia. Will never be back, will never support this little ceasers.

I tried to order a cheese pizza but asked to see it before I took it. It was burnt from sitting in the warmer too long so I asked for a fresh one and was told it would take 25 minutes! I said no thanks. This place continually leaves pizzas in the warmer too long until they are too brown on top and too crispy.

I had to call them 4 times just for them to answer to I could place an order. The first time they answered after I had been waiting on them for a while they picked up and then hung the phone up, so I proceeded to call and hang up and calll again until they would answer. When I got there to pick up my order they were rude, and when I got home this is what I received for my deep dish. Usually I have a decent time with this location but I was definitely disappointed, I never write reviews but I was so aggravated with this service I thought why not!

Due to the fact that we are a very busy family with extracurricular activities, little Caesar’s is a regular option. We have never had a good pizza from this Danville store.
Last night was the worst. We drove through ordered and paid, waited 30 minutes out front for 2 pizzas that were suppose to be being made. I got out the car and had to bang on the door. Two teenagers were the only ones there and the one who took my order came to the door. I was frustrated but I don’t mind waiting for good fresh food. They had forgotten to bring me my pizza, forgot all about me and to that, the young man laughed and turned around back into the store. I waited outside the door. He brought out the order and offered an extra cheese pizza to the order for me having to wait so long.
I opened the pizzas and both cheese pizzas were barely warm and obviously old. My kids could barely bite into the pizzas. The managers here need to get this store together or they are going to lose business! I will not get pizza from them again. I will get it in Nicholasville or Harrodsburg from now on. Absolutely terrible! Bad pizza is one thing, terrible customer service is another. This store has both regularly.

We order from.this location quite often and maybe 1 out 5 our order is correct or properly cooked , i am tired of keep trying to get our money’s worth but this last time it was the last, after speaking with management and basically getting a ” we don’t care” attitude over the phone and custumer service never even returning my call , i will no longer be giving them my business, i normally order a custom deep dish that adds about $22 which i don’t mind if it would be done correctly but this time the dough was completely uncooked, not the extra cheese or ingredients that i am charged for or even baked on the deep dish pan!!!! Total trash!!¡
