Placed an order ahead of time and arrived when it showed that it was ready. We ordered two pizza and crazy bread and none of it was even edible. All of it was undercooked to the point of almost being raw and the pizzas were cut so poorly it looked like abstract art. Please do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

Bought seven pizzas and the only custom pizza I ordered was not even correct. This is not the first time it’s happened every single time I come to this location. They do not read the notes you put on your order obviously because I get the wrong pizza every time this is by far the worst little Caesars ever I always end up having to wait twice as long to get my food. Therefore, I give the place two stars.

No need for a parking lot here everybody gets drive thru. The Food is inconsistent, sometimes good sometimes not. The Teenage staff cusses in front of customers. Always shady people working here.

They have no problem at all selling you food that has been sitting the better part of the day. Ice cold and hard cheese bread complements of this store. I can’t figure out for the life of me why they haven’t turned bulldozed this location into a parking lot yet.

Ordered an extra most pizza and had to wait, did not mind. I’ve had regular pepperoni pizzas that had more on them than this. Supposedly extra most try to pick up a piece and what little bit is on top falls off. It is also doughy like it did not get baked all the way. Hoping this is a one off day for them because my grandson loves there pizza, not so much today.

Surprisingly good pizza! We ordered the Detroit Deep Dish and an Ultimate Supreme. Both were very good pizzas. And was ready in about 10 minutes!

Listen, I’m not one to normally be a Karen and complain, but this place is awful. 10/10 times they have gotten my order wrong. I’m not even exaggerating. I got sick and tired of them messing up my order in drive through and in store, so I tried ordering through the app and just picking up at the pizza tower. Placed my order in the parking lot at 6:18, earliest pick up was 6:45. Ok, I’ll wait. Got a message my food was ready and got a code to the tower. I went in and typed my number into the tower and the 4th cubbie opened…nothing was inside. I stood there for a minute waiting for someone to come available so I could let them know. One girl starts looking for it under my name and can’t find it. The shorter gentleman with bushy hair and beard comes up and I hear someone say “I remember doing it” and he tells them “yeah, we gave it to another customer.” So I just waited for about 30 minutes for nothing. They remake my order and gave me crazy bread because I had to wait for them to remake it. The gentleman with the beard goes “sorry, we will have to remake it.” And said it in the most idgaf tone which was pretty rude considering they gave my order away. They finally finish my order and give it to me. I figured they probably messed up my pizza, which is the whole reason I ordered on the app in the first place, and low and behold I check it and it has pepperonis on it…which I can’t eat. I’ve had to call my husband every single time and have him come up to the store from home to get my pizza fixed. My pizza is not hard. It’s pretzel crust, red pizza sauce, and the only topping is cheese. I come here because it’s cheap, last me a day or two and it’s not terrible food…if it’s right and I don’t have to wait an hour after getting there to get my pizza after just getting off work and driving an hour back to Berea and having not ate all day. The staff gets kind of a hateful attitude with me, but they’re the ones messing my order up EVERY SINGLE TIME. They only fix it right when my husband comes down there. I’ve had them remake my order 2-3 times in one setting before because they just continuously get it wrong and don’t care.
