Why does this location give you plain crazy bread? It’s literally just pizza crust without any of the Parmesan cheese at all, not one crumb! Doesn’t even have butter, just dry bread sticks. It’s always this location.

I usually like Little Caesars for a quick and easy pizza, but my last visit was really disappointing. The employee, Emily, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about my order, she rolled her eyes and spoke to me with an attitude like I was bothering her. She didn’t seem interested in helping at all and acted like she didn’t want to be there.
I understand everyone has rough days, but good customer service should still be part of the job. The experience completely ruined my visit, and I left without even wanting the food. I hope the management takes this seriously and reminds their staff how to treat customers with basic respect.
To continue the story I’ve never written a review before, but this visit really crossed the line. The worker named Keaton was handling pizza without washing his hands — I literally saw him touch his face and phone, then go straight back to making food. That’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable, especially when you’re working around food.
To make things worse, when I tried to mention it to another employee, Emily, she acted like it wasn’t a big deal and brushed me off. Between her rude attitude and Keaton’s lack of hygiene, I honestly lost my appetite.
This location seriously needs better training and management oversight. If employees can’t even follow basic health and cleanliness rules, customers deserve to know. I won’t be coming back until things improve.

We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of Krazy bread, and the food was delicious overall. One of the pizzas was a little overcooked, but no other complaints. 4 stars bc it was a dinner rush, which I understand, but I feel the employee at the counter could have been more friendly,

Our pizza was hot and tasted fresh. You know what you’re getting when go to Little Caesars, a budget pizza that allows you to feed a group of people for a small amount of money. With that being said, this location is better than most. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I recommend calling your order in ahead of time and special ordering something on your pizza (like half sausage and half pepperoni, or add a second topping or something) to ensure that you get a fresh cooked pizza.

One time they put up a sign promising that the $5 Hot n Ready would come back once food prices came back down. That was $5.55 in 2020.
Now it’s $7.99, and we never saw another $5 pizza. The signs quietly disappeared, along with our hopes and dreams.

Place is always great, only bad thing is the wait time for food that isn’t prepared to just grab and go, which is understandable, they won’t have wings cooked waiting for someone to just come in. Great prices and service, love the stick and slices. Ordered this 2 days ago and was very pleased. Try to order it again today and they told me they couldn’t do it that way, my fiancee can’t have the garlic butter or Italian seasoning so we wanted the sticks plain but all the sudden they can’t do that. At least the one in lexington was willing to do it.

Ordered a few hours before so picking up 6 pizzas wouldn’t be difficult. They didn’t save oder but the manager “remembered ” that order.they weren’t ready. We waited another 15 to get our food. Pizza was good and kids enjoyed.

Our order never arrived. After about an hour, we called the store and asked for an update and were told that the Doordash driver had an issue with their phone (we ordered via the LittleCaesars website, did not know it was through Doordash until after the payment went through). The store employees could do nothing but refer us to call “Doordash Headquarters” for a resolution.
Constructive criticism:
1. If the employees are aware that there has been an issue with a delivery, they could contact the customer to let them know.
2. If an order will be fulfilled through Doordash with no option for resolution through the store, the Little Caesars website should be more clear.
Anyway, here’s a picture of the sandwich I made after not getting a pizza.
*Edited to add: yes, that is Chick-Fil-A sauce on my sandwich. They sell it in bottles now at Kroger. Just a friendly PSA
