Ordered my food and everything was great they said please pull forward. I sat in vehicle for about 20min and then called asking about my order. A worker named amia answered the phone and was very rude when all I was doing was trying to see about my order. Then after I got off phone it still took another 20minutes for my order. They didnt even cut my italian cheese bread. Do not recommend! I will not be back !

My husband and I usually get good service. We come about every week that’s why I’m giving it a three star because it’s OK most of the time but if this was my first time coming, they would’ve got one star. The lady at the counter with blonde hair and she’s kind of tall was very rude and just kind of pissy acting because she had to do her job that’s my first problem. My second problem is when we got the pizza. I got it home and tried to take a bite and it was raw so I had to cook the pizza in my oven to get it done all the way. Luckily, we were just getting one pizza today, for lunch because it was just me and my husband
but usually I get about four pizzas because I have a family of 7! Hopefully next week will be better

Ordered over the phone at 4pm for pickup at 4:30. First trip in drive thru-“There was a glitch in the system so your pizza just got put in. Drive back around in 15 minutes.” Second trip around-“You seemed frustrated the first time so I thought you’d just drive off anyway. Give me 5 more minutes but go ahead and pay now.” No thanks, I’ll pay when I actually GET the food, I’ll be back for the third time in 5 minutes. Actually got the food this time. Not even a discount ♀️

Well it took 25 minutes to get a hot and ready pizza, if you go through the drive thru i would recommend bringing a movie to watch or book to read while you wait. The pizza was pretty good but the cheesy bread was disappointing.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the thin crust pizza is decent, yet even the center was soggy and underbaked. The crazy bread is a joke. This is the 3rd time they’ve looked like this. They are so tough and you can’t even chew them. They also have no seasoning so they are basically just bread.

Honestly I’m not the one to leave a review. Until I waited for an hour for my food. I asked for a simple pepperoni pizza with jalapeños on one half. Easy to make. Very easy, they messed it up twice. The second time I took the pizza back in they just plucked the jalapeños off the one side. I know this because the imprints are still on that half. This is the worst place I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to a lot of fast food industries… and they want $10 an hour…. The workers on 07-08-2025 around 7-8 PM should be let go.
