This location is frequently very busy and behind on the estimated pickup time. But the man handling the orders (black man with face tattoos) was doing a phenomenal job with the given situation. I’ve never had any issues with my orders here besides the longer wait time, which isn’t a big deal.

I went in there to get the most basic pepperoni pizza and was not told of a wait time prior to me finishing my order, I waited an hour so I went back in line to be told it would be 40 more minutes until my pizza is ready. So much for hot and ready lol, I gave them more than enough time to have my order ready a hour is absurd for little Caesar’s. Worst one in Louisville by far .

Nine out of 10 times little Caesars gave the worst experience and this store will stand top in that worst. If five year old kid, will have more presence of mind than people working here.
Guy with the specs on Made me wait for 20 minutes and then said order was messed up. They need to remake it and I waited for more 25 minutes and later on ask for another lady.she handed it to me which is ready long ago and sitting there for a while.

Waited over an hour and a half for pizza that was ordered on the app and should have been ready when I arrived. No one acknowledged me or anyone else that walked in. Stood around waiting in the store that was abnormally hot not knowing where I was in line. After flagging down an employee for the second time to ask about my order I was told that part of it was never started and the other part was finished and sitting under the warmer. A lil communication goes a long way. If they had someone at the front counter actually talking to customers as they walk in then it may not have been so frustrating. I could have asked about my order and they would’ve known it wasn’t even started even when it should have been finished already. All that said, the pizza was good but I won’t be back for a long while.

Worst pizza place in town. The guy with the funny hat talked on the phone the whole time while also carrying a conversation on with the heavy guy with the afro. 50 pizza up front sitting around. 20 people waiting in the lobby. And my order was done 2 hours prior but no where to be found. The one guy James decided to help a lady with her 2 kids that sat there for 45 mins. Then he went back to ignoring everyone in the store waiting, and made more pizzas for no one. He’d never know because he never asked anyone if they had ordered already.Getting his attention was met with, “hold on, I’m busy.”I was happy when this place opened up. But last 2 times have been nightmares. No update on the app. No email update. I hope they shut this place down and get a pizza place that knows how to run things. All rude. Bad customer service. Very poor customer etiquette.

Has to be one of the worst lil Caesars in the city. Extremely slow and unprepared, almost never has hot and ready’s. Frequently claims 30minute – 1hr wait times.. for a pizza.. staff seems unbothered and has no sense of urgency. Orders completed incorrectly and items forgotten.

Little Caesars has failed its customers with the ordering process. Called in an order and took me through 3 different hold tones and robots before someone I could barely understand answered. They spoke very broken English and barely was able to put it a simple pizza order. Then says it’s a 26 minute wait. Even when I order online or in the app it takes very long. The staff at this little Caesars is very friendly and everyone is working hard and non stop. I feel bad for them because they seem low staffed but doing the best they can and make pizzas as fast as possible.

Went to pick up a Doordash order and I must say the only being picked was someone’s nose!!
Literally!!
Was told the order would be ready in 5 minutes, and I watched 3 staff members disappear to the back of the store after watching one of them digging in their nose.
15 minutes later, there was nobody to be seen as I was waiting patiently.
I saw two pizzas on the end of the oven conveyor for roughly 5 minutes and when I finally saw someone come from the back, I asked about the order.
Sadly I had to deal with the look of disgust, like I was asking him to go out of his way to finish what I came in for.

The pizza looks and feels like out of place cardboard. The food is cold, dry and hard, literally. I couldn’t taste the cheese. Little Caesars food quality has drastically dropped since the early and mid 2000s, but now it has reached a point that is beyond disgusting. My review doesn’t even scratch the surface of how bad the food was, SMH.
