First off, the online ordering and kiosk pickup is wonderful. I ordered the food and requested a future time. When I arrived I went in to the lobby, scanned my barcode on the kiosk and boom; the door opened and there was order, hot and ready. I was in and out in less than 30 seconds. Sure beats waiting in a line and hanging out in waiting for your food to be prepared. Many places could enhance their customer experience by using this model for pickup of online orders.
It had been a while since I’ve had Little Caesars pizza but wanted to try the Batman Calzone. It was pretty good but it seemed too salty and garlicky for my liking, but I still ate a couple pieces. The cheese bread was great but also seemed super salty and garlicky. I still ate a couple of them. I’ll be willing to try again unless that’s how they are all made. The price is right though.

Little Caesars has gone way downhill when you order a pizza. You literally cannot change the toppings on the pizza at all for any reason it makes absolutely no sense. If you order a pizza whatever side comes on it that is the one you get you cannot change it. It is the stupidest policy I’ve ever heard of. That’s probably why they’re so cheap. I do not recommend this store whatsoever. It is always something do not order from the store Pizza Hut, Domino’s and Papa John’s are way way better selections. There’s a reason why you pay such a low prices for low quality food.

Not my first choice of Little Caesars to visit, but closest at the time. Seldom do they have Hot & Ready pizzas actually ready. A restaurant should know it’s busy times and prepare for them. That’s just good management.

Bought a single pepperoni pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce selected. What I got was a very overcooked pizza with the cheese sauce on the side. Gonna use a different location next time.

This place has no customer service skills! I called for a pizza and was told 15 minutes. When I arrived 15 minutes later I stepped to the counter. I was at the counter for 15 minutes before someone grabbed a box that had been sitting for 15 minutes and called my name. I told the person that the pizza had been sitting for 15 minutes and all she said was sorry for your wait. There were also 10 other people waiting behind me and no one was inquiring about their orders. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

We had to throw away our entire $50 meal due to a hair being in the wings. No it wasn’t on the other stuff, but wasn’t taking that risk. I guess this is what you expect when there is nothing but kids running the place… Disgusting…

I love the fact that we can prepare our pizza any way we like, that’s awesome. Now that we order on line the service is much faster and appears to be even more organized. The staff is very helpful and has no problem explaining how the new way works so that you can prepare, order, and pay all on your phone. The only thing I have a complaint about is that you can’t pay with cash and I don’t always keep money on my card so to me sometimes its an inconvenience to find somewhere right then to add money to my card before I can even place my order. As far as great food, we’ll just know…THEY ROCK!
