We stopped by yesterday for 2 pizzas. Once ordered (drive thru) they automatically sent us to the front to wait, which was no problem. There were a few more cars after us that seemed had to do the same. There was a parking lot full of cars waiting for pizzas… We were waiting for almost 30 minutes for TWO pizzas. Aren’t they suppose to be hot and ready??? And on top of that there were cars that were there after us that got their food before us. There was also a car there before us that had to wait a lot longer than we had to. We asked as the worker was out there when it would be done and she said about 5mins. She said that they had worker on break which is why it was taking so long. If you know you are busy then there should be no one taking breaks until it dies down. It was a very bad experience. This place has went downhill since they first opened and they’re so unprofessional. Very disappointed.

They don’t even try to make their food anymore. The crazy bread is hard as a rock every time I receive it. I ordered a pizza an hour ago. Just one pizza it is saying it is still in the oven. Do better.

I stopped by little Ceasars today for lunch and Quintin Shimwell was working and I normally don’t leave reviews but this guy is awesome he was super energetic, very positive and respectful all while having a great sense of humor.
I was greeted by him, he took my order and rang me up quickly and just overall seemed like he loved his job. If you know lebanon it’s not the greatest place to go eat this guy needs to be taken care of honestly i would come back just to talk to him.
My pizza was a little to saucy for my liking but that’s it and the only reason for the 4 star. Quintin I hope I’m spelling your name right but you’re awesome man keep doing you I wish you the best

My food wasn’t even done and they told me to wait 30 minutes and I did come back to get raw food then when I called to tell the lady about it, she told me to bring in the food the next day because I live in another town so basically to just save the raw food because it’s the policy and then she told me to just come back the next day to get something to eat after I told her well what’s corporate number and I’ll ask them about this policy because I’m not keeping raw food in my house like it’s doughy

Stopped on my way home from work tonight db ordered three pizzas. They said it would be about 20 minutes. Which was fine. But when I get home the pizza dough isn’t cooked all the way. Had to throw it in the oven to cook it the rest of the way. Do better is all I can say before all your customers go elsewhere.

The food was very chewy the dough was not done…this has happened a few times now along with them cutting the pizza very wildly. I can deal with the cuts being off but it not being done just makes me not wanna go back ever again and my kids love it most the time…they are even complaining and that’s unheard of…just letting someone know they’re business is being sabotaged.

I’m giving it a five because after all it is a franchise and we all know what to expect when it comes to fast food. But the people here have the science down pat. The past few times I’ve stopped in the staff have been very polite and efficient, for instance: on my last visit I was told there would be a 20 minute wait time and it was out in 10 or so minutes.

Cashier was hateful and He decided to wait until after I paid for the food to inform me that it was gonna be an hour wait. I was polite and told him I’d need a refund and he rolled his eyes. Continued to thank him and no response. Not customer friendly that day at all

Got put on hold trying to preorder…no one came back. I drove there while on hold, then had to wait in parking lot. Ordered a 20oz. got handed & charged for a 2 liter, wanted a 20 oz.
