This really could be a good pizza! They are very light on the toppings; there is never enough sauce even when you order extra sauce and there is never enough cheese. Toppings should not stop in the middle of the pizza; they should go to the edge of the crust.

Online app and ordering doesn’t work. Store will not honor the fact the online ordering does not work AND LIE AND SAY IT WORKS WHEN ASKED. (I literally asked her if they had received online orders. She lied and said yes. I then proceeded to say I would use another laptop and/or phone to complete purchase if that was true) I hang up, and did so. She lied. It does not work. I tried to use my laptop. I tried to use a friend’s phone. All are bogus. MORALE OF THE STORY: if you have a coupon for online use, it won’t work here. Don’t try to use online coupons for them.

Called in an order at 702 for pickup at 800. I arrived at 801 and they could not locate order. I told a young black male my order. If they didnt have to please make it. He said sorry youre holding up the line. The female manager refused to take the order. After 20 mins she finally took my order. Another 20 mins later i am still in the parking lot waiting. My order whech should have been ready at 800 was not provided until almost 900. No other customers in the store. Manager even threatened to call the police. The bardstown store is a joke and poorly operated.

Ordered online and picked up in drive thru. The notifications were great to advise on order status. I had ordered a pizza with everything, but the pizza I got was pepperoni. It was loaded with pepperoni, but it was so greasy everywhere the pepperoni laid. My mom liked it and ate a few slices. I wasted the pizza and threw away left overs.
