The associate who waited on me was very rude and acted annoyed that I asked to add garlic butter sauce to my order. I was only getting a hot n ready pepperoni pizza. When I got the pizza it was so burnt that it was barely edible. The cheese was the same color as the pepperoni and you couldn’t even tell if there was pizza sauce on it or not. Myself and a coworker both tried to eat a piece but we ended up throwing the whole thing away.

What I was given wasn’t crazy bread. Got cussed out because my food was made with the wrong dough. Overheard worker saying it was the wrong dough but it was “fresh”. Disgustingly rude. They had short hair and glasses, no name tag for obvious reasons. Was told I couldn’t get a refund.

I have no earthly idea how you can mess up a pizza this badly. Half the pieces are missing the cheese on the pizza, and the shape is absolutely bizarre. My other pizza was fine and a regular shape, so I know it wasn’t something I did on the ride home. But the one pictured is absolutely awful!!

The manager was horrible, I ordered a cheese pizza and it was burned so I kindly asked if I could get a replacement the manager took the pizza she said nothing and when she made my replacement pizza this is how it looked worst than the first one not only was she VERY RUDE she put my pizza in the oven and went into the office to get on her phone I guess. Her customer service was horrible.

My order was simple: a mushroom pizza. It was ready in 7minutes and piping hot. I couldn’t wait for home so I grabbed a slice on the go. Once home I added cayenne pepper and Italian seasoning making an already excellent pizza absolutely delicious. Sorry, I only had half a pizza left.

8 out of 8 times they have got my order wrong. I don’t understand how it is possible. I order the one same pizza from this location, the “Pretzel Stuffed Crust Pizza” with cheese sauce. There has been maybe one time that they got it right. They either over charge me and give me the non-stuffed crust, has happened at least 7 times now. But i had hope this time because I finally got one with stuffed crust, only to wait for it to cool down once I’m home and see that they put red sause instead of the cheese sauce. This has happened 3 times in combination with the crust being wrong. This is a great place if you want a basic hot and ready, but a terrible place if you want them to do any extra work for a specialty pizza that’s been on the menu for 5 years now…
