The manager was horrible, I ordered a cheese pizza and it was burned so I kindly asked if I could get a replacement the manager took the pizza she said nothing and when she made my replacement pizza this is how it looked worst than the first one not only was she VERY RUDE she put my pizza in the oven and went into the office to get on her phone I guess. Her customer service was horrible.

About a week ago I went in to get my coworkers and I some pizza. Was told they can only do hot and ready pizza’s. Figured they where out of most things went somewhere else. Did a walk in order I wanted 3 pepperoni and two crazy breads. Well let’s just say they didn’t have any and would have been 30 minutes wait. Well they said they had stuffed crazy bread only I said I’ll take that and I did well let’s just they only had three pieces in there and how u expect to feed ur family. Very poor customer service always out of this and have to wait over 30 minutes.

My order was simple: a mushroom pizza. It was ready in 7minutes and piping hot. I couldn’t wait for home so I grabbed a slice on the go. Once home I added cayenne pepper and Italian seasoning making an already excellent pizza absolutely delicious. Sorry, I only had half a pizza left.

TERRIBLE. didn’t answer the phone after 10 calls at 12 in the afternoon. went in the store, employee was extremely rude and said they are only taking orders online because they’re short staffed then walked off from me abruptly and went to the next customer. after hand, she walked to the back and started talking gossip about me to the other workers. VERY unprofessional work environment.

Workers are super rude. I asked to customize a pizza, they agreed and made me to wait. 15 min later they said they can’t make it. She refunded and started talking to someone over the phone, I asked if I can order a regular pizza but she didn’t stop talking on the phone and literally refused to take an order. A short black woman with artificial hair, is the worst worker I’ve ever met!!!

we placed an order online, and our order was cancelled. no phone call, just an email saying that our order was cancelled. door dash called us saying that the store wouldn’t give them the order, there was only one pizza in the hot and ready machine and the employees were all cleaning up. we ordered our pizza at 10:00 PM. the store didn’t close till 11. this isn’t okay. you’re getting paid to do your job, just do it.
