I ordered a 3 meat pizza and after eating a few slices.. there was a longish, curly brown piece of hair stuck in the dough of my pizza that I bit from. There’s no telling if I ate any unnoticed. DISGUSTING! I also ordered a 3 meat pizza (no veggies) before that and it had pieces of green bell pepper scattered under some toppings.. wasn’t really an issue but could’ve been for someone that could’ve been allergic. Disgusting. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was on purpose. I suggest not to buy here or better yet, make your own pizzas at home.

Here is why I am giving it a 1. I hadn’t ordered a Pizza in over a year and I tried ordering online. I selected Pickup and when I went to online checkout, the pick up changed to delivery, showing the store as the delivery address. That redirected me to a gratuity screen. I canceled the online order and went the the store directly and bought a hot-n-ready. A similar thing happened to me as I was checking out on the in-store card reader. A screen popped up requesting a gratuity. Are people making these pizzas for free? Why am I being asked to tip a counter person doing their job? I paid for the pizza, I was not aware the labor to make the pizza and put it in a box was an additional service.

This Little Caesar’s has terrible customer service. They did not notify us that it would be a 45 minute wait for us to get our food. People would come in after us and were being served before we got our order. The people in the back were being unhygienic they weren’t wearing any gloves touching their phones, clothes, faces, and hair without washing their hands. The workers had no hairnets to keep hair out of the food.

Apparently, they aren’t allowed to put pizza sauce on their hot n ready pizzas anymore; very dry and bland. Been like this for at least a year, not sure why I keep giving them more chances. Their Detroit style pizza is still pretty good, I guess. The store is old and dirty with nasty ceiling tiles that look like they might fall on you if you stand in there too long.

I went into this location earlier today and the employees were literally in the back on their phones ignoring me in the lobby as well as the two vechiles in the drive thru. I literally started saying hello loud to get their attention and the girl hung up her phone and just sat there never coming to help any of us. I called the number got a third party call center who tried to call to reach the manager and of course no one answered the phone. The guy said I was the second complaint in less than an hour. The two employees should be absolutely fired this is ridiculous!

the laziest customer service. my husband called to place and order over the phone and they told him “the kitchen was down” mind you this is 2 hours before they close. so he’s driving by and sees other people going in so he decided to go in too. they were lying btw. he bought a hot and ready pizza and seen they had wings ready so he got those too. the lady at the front asked what flavor he wanted and she proceeded to open the box in front of him on the COUNTER and squirt the sauce he requested on the wings and closed the box. this is after he already paid so he didn’t want to go through the refund process. after saying something to the woman about it all she has to say is “ have a good night “. seriously DO BETTER whoever owns this place.

This was one of the best Little Caesar’s pizzas I’ve ever eaten!!! Order and received my fresh and hot pepperoni pizza within 10 minutes. I do recommend…even over some more well known pizza joints.

Been to this location 5 times and failed to get food every time. Twice, I went in shop and was ignored. The other three times, they didn’t have anything hot n’ ready. I suspect this store doesn’t actually sell food but is a front for something else.

Everytime I work in long beach and go to there there has not been one time they have had anything ready this place sucks there customer services sucks and the people who work there I believe couldn’t tie there own shoes and if they tell you the pizza will be done in 10 minutes add about 10 more
