I want to give a huge shout out to this location. They offered a fine free lunch to Veterans on Veteran’s Day. The staff handled it very calmly and were very fast. Customer service was top notch. They have earned my business just for their support of Veterans and how well they did on Veteran’s Day!

Twice in a row, they have given our food to someone else. The first time was in store, and we had to wait an additional 25 minutes, almost an hour total, for a pizza and crazy bread. It tasted fine. Tonight, I ordered on the app. Before I got the pizzas’ ready email, I got thanks for picking up your order. We thought it was a mistake and drove to the store. The very basics of their job is to have the PERSON PICKING UP verify the order, not give that person a name and say is that you? which is what they did. I got a refund but lost my free item coupon, gas and time. A scammer got puffs, a pizza, crazy combo and cheese bread for free and Little Ceasars lost me as a customer.

This is ridiculous! For one, you can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone to take your order. Another thing, I have ordered the past 3 times for my pizza to have extra sauce and it barely had any at all. I am very unsatisfied with this place. I use to love coming here because you got good pizza for a good price. I guess I will have to start spending more money elsewhere to get better customer service and quality of food. Do not recommend this particular little caesars.

Pretty sure I ordered pepperoni. Yup…I did…it’s on the box. When I call no one picks up the phone. ♀️ First and last time ordering from them.
Update: Although I would never order from there again because the pizza also didn’t taste that great, I drove there and the manager was apologetic. She also gave me my money back and offered to make my pizzas again. It seems like it’s time to clean house and hire new staff. Hopefully the owners put money into the quality of food there and they hire people who have it together. Also, Little Caesar’s corporate office does not call you back. So sad. If corporate doesn’t care about customers why should their franchisees?

What a joke… poor customer service, people were lined up and no one even bothered to come and take orders for more than 10 minutes. I went in the app and placed the order to avoid waiting, and this is the pizza I got (see photo). I will never visit this location again!

We literally come here like once a week. The pizza can be hit or miss in appearance. Sometimes it’s a beautiful picture perfect pizza, and on occasion it’ll be kinda bubbly, lacking cheese, or has a really bad crust. It usually always tastes fine. It’s cheap, quick, and easy.
