The wait was incredibly long for just two pepperoni ‘hot and ready’ pizzas. Instead of handing me my food, they kept serving customers that came in after me, and then they put my pizza in the warmer, rather than giving it to me. Unfortunately, this was one of my least favorite Little Caesars experiences

Kevin in the drive through was very polite and friendly. The Pizza was delicious this time. Last time I got pizza it had to much cheese on it. Couldn’t taste anything but the cheese. But today was awesome

Arrived between 9:10-9:20 door was locked and some lights were off and proceeded to go through the drive-through window. the employee was bothered by me wanting to order they only had bread sticks she then told me it will take 15 to 25 minutes for a pizza

Clean, always clean. When I walk in there’s always someone wiping down the equipment. The wait times for fresh food are reasonable and they are very clear on telling the wait time. They are very nice. No complaints here and the food is good.

I called and asked for a refund because I made a mistake of ordering at the wrong store and they said yes. Its been a week now and still no refund. Why say you will refund someone and then not do it?

Prices keep rising but quality is lacking for the price increase. I always make sure to ask for fresh pizza because on occasion you tell by tasting it was in the warmer for awhile.

Went through drive thru, ordered and they said 10minutes and for us to park and that they would bring it out to us. 30 minutes later, still no pizza. Go inside, they said our pizza was made wrong and they were making another one. That one was wrong too! They couldn’t even bother to come tell us it was made wrong and that it would be a longer wait… not very good business in my opinion.

ALWAYS friendly. Great food. Not all menu options are sold at same time(s) of day (can’t get all menu items until after certain times of the day). Has app/online order and prepay & inside order pickup kiosk. The kids love their free cookies. EVERY time I go here there’s a team atmosphere of happy employees that puts out a welcoming vibe into their customer service. The general manager is ALWAYS working right beside the crew. Wish their pretzel pizza was a PERMANENT item instead of a limited time offer.
