Ordered PRETZEL CRUST PIZZA, ~GOT a regular pizza.~ $8.41~took it back to them~Was told that was THEIR pretzel crust pizza.~ I showed them on the billboard which one I wanted~Mine was sent to the back and loaded down with SALT & handed back to me~ I told them I wanted a Pretzel Crust with cheese sauce& pepperoni~ I told them I would NOT be back & told everyone in there to check their pizza before they left~ Is that place under new management?

New edit september 2025. Against my better judgment I ordered from this location again and my ultimate supreme Detroit style pizza only had mushrooms sausage onion and green peppers on it and not much of those. It was mostly a cheese pizza. I will never ever order from the north hills little ceasers again, period. Between last time having hair fresh baked into the crust and this time being stingy with the toppings… Domino’s is right across the street.
Well I have left good reviews in the past about this location. But tonight we got pizza from there and… hair freshly baked into the crust. See image. Also I’ve noticed the toppings becoming fewer and fewer lately. Considering I had eaten a slice before I noticed it, I don’t know if I can eat little ceasers again.

Chris Lyons, a representative of Little Caesar’s, has been a complete disappointment and frankly a disgrace to the company. I’ve had multiple issues with him overcharging and even arguing about what was actually delivered. On top of that, he is consistently the late to deliver, showing no regard for timeliness or customer service. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend doing business with him or this local store. Very poor service and overall bad experience!

If I could give this a zero star for Service and Atmosphere I would. Went inside and was instantly hit with a very ugly rude attitude clerk who basically informed me that everything would take 25 mins or more and the only thing they had right then was either cheese or pepperoni, told with such a distasteful attitude and mean demeanor after paying she had a do you need anything else snappy attitude, that I will not be returning to this location.

I went to pick up a Hot and ready thin crust and a regular hot and ready. The girl first said it would take 10 minutes. Then, she stated it would take 10-15 minutes. Later a guy came out and said it would take 25-30 minutes. So much for hot and ready being hot and ready. It took right at 30 minutes. I won’t go back in the place. It is not the same place it used to be.
