To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally complain about the consistently poor service I have experienced at the Little Caesars Pizza location in my area. On multiple occasions, particularly late at night during posted business hours, staff members have refused to take orders or acted as though customers are an inconvenience.
Each time I visit late in the evening, I am told that orders are no longer being taken, despite the store still being open. There is often no clear explanation given, and the tone used by employees comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. As a paying customer, it is extremely frustrating to arrive during operating hours only to be turned away.
Little Caesars advertises affordability and convenience, but this location fails to meet those expectations. If a store does not intend to serve customers late at night, business hours should be adjusted accordingly instead of misleading customers and providing poor service.
I hope this matter is addressed promptly, as better customer service and clearer communication are needed. I would appreciate management reviewing this issue and ensuring staff follow company standards.

I have added a photo of my order that was placed over thirty minutes ago. When i arrived home and opened my pizza boxes i realized it was all wrong. My three meat treat was fixed right, but my ultimate supreme pizza $ 11.99 plus taxwas wrong cause it has no olives which i clearly pointed to the pizza on the board menu and said that’s the one i wanted. I also ordered italian crazy bread $4.99 plus tax with an extra marinara sauce $1.19 plus tax and i clearly got some type of personal pan pepperoni pizza. So disappointed on this visit.

I ordered the Italian Cheese bread. When I asked the cashier how long the bread has been sitting in the warmer she respond “Oh everything is hot n ready”. After tasting the bread, I could tell that it had been sitting for at least an hour or more. It was barely warm.

No matter what time of day I come to this location I’m always sitting in the drive through or the lobby (if they have it opened bc it’s locked majority of the time) for over 15 minutes. The line is always past the order speaker sometimes even extending into the parking lot. I don’t know if new management is needed or more employees. This is the only location within the surrounding cities. It’s beyond ridiculous you have to wait for what is supposed to be a quick meal.

I ordered online, and when I arrived, there were lines everywhere. The young lady was working by herself and doing the best that could while it was raining. The Pizza was hot and her customer service was A1. Just hate the location but sometimes things can’t be helped.
