Normally the pizzas are fine, but a couple we just ordered barely have the topping cut. Went to pull a slice off of the supreme and it wouldn’t separate. Turns out the one cutting the pizza didn’t even press the cutting tool hard enough to even cut the crust. They shorted the cheese on the Extra Most Bestest, but at least the Batman calzone looks good. I lifted up the supreme and it looked like only one cut was made in it, but the rest wasn’t.

We ordered pizza for a group and issues with them accepting payments, we get back and realize there is mold on some of the pizzas. How many times do you order pizza and the first thing you do is look underneath to make sure there isn’t mold. I’ll tell you what… I will every time now thanks to this restaurant. When we tried to contact them after we realized the problem, they wouldn’t even answer the phone.

This is the only rating I can give this place since we never got out food… We ordered online on a Friday and paid online. We went and waited and waited for our pizza and when we finally got tired of waiting we went to ask them what was going on, where our pizza was only to be told that they didn’t have our pizza at all. They were out of deep dish pizzas entirely and just didn’t let us know. So we just sat there waiting for a pizzas that they could have told us wasn’t there, no call or anything.

The only good thing I can say about this place is the prices are good. The pizza is okay. They never answer the phone so you can place an order because the website apparently never gets checked when you place an online order.

The service is good, the prices are good, but the food itself is not the best. Many times on the hot and ready pizzas, they will be dried up and cold from sitting out too long. If you are going here for the taste and not the convenience of getting a cheap pizza right away, I would advise ordering something that they have to make on the spot, this way it will be freshly made and have a much better taste.

Don’t think you’re going to order and pay for your food online way ahead of time and stop by on your way home with groceries in your car and be able to go in and pick up because IT WILL NOT EVER HAPPEN!!! Service not the best. It’s either wait 10 min or you get a pizza that’s been out a while. Never actually hot and ready. Lower expectations to zero and prepare to be disappointed!
