Didn’t receive the pretzel crust pizza we ordered. It was just a regular round pizza crust with salt on it to try to trick us. Also had cheese sauce instead of the pizza sauce and had pepperoni on it when we ordered the cheese with pizza sauce option. Pizza Puffs were delicious. Crazy bread was soggy and not worth $4.

Waited almost a whole hour to get my one stuffed crust pizza. When I ordered I was told 10 to 15 minutes. I finally get the pizza seem like it was rushed the cheese was not all the way melted. After all the time I waited the guy at the register did not offer anything for waiting so long.

Ordered an extra most bestest sausage pizza as i was headed home from work. Went inside to get the pizza and I’m knowing she just gave me a classic sausage pizza from out of the thing. Didn’t make a big deal because I was ready to go home from work. This is unacceptable when the money is already paid through the app. I called up there and they calls are being forwarded.

I placed an online order and received two emails letting me know that it was ready. I get to the counter and they tell me that they are still waiting on one of the pizzas I ordered to be ready. This was a little frustrating as I ordered ahead due to the fact that I was on a time constraint, and I was notified multiple times that my order was ready. I waited for about 10 minutes before I was given my order, and when I got home I found that I didn’t even get what I ordered. Little Caesar’s is a favorite in my home, but this experience made me consider trying other options for our pizza nights.

I only ordered a pepperoni pizza but something happened with my order so when I came to pick it up they didn’t have my pizza ready so instead they compensated me with a the 3-meat pizza and some cheesy bread.

I really appreciated that extra touch of consumer service. I’ve ran into people trying to say “say we can’t do anything sorry” or “well we’ll have to make it from scratch” when things go wrong. I get it people make mistakes sometimes but to immediately recognize and compensate for more than I asked I really respected. This may seem like a basic thing for a business to do but they did it really fast so it seemed like I came to pick up a pepperoni pizza, and immediately got a better deal for it. Good consumer service moment, but you don’t always see with businesses.

I visited the Little Caesars location at 123 Highway 80 E, Clinton, MS 39056 on Saturday, May 24, 2025, sometime between 7:00–8:00 PM. I stopped in after work at the nearby Kroger fuel center to grab some wings.

Initially, the cashier on duty was polite, but her attitude became noticeably dismissive as the interaction continued. When I kindly asked if there were any small drinks available besides the 2-liters, she replied with, “I mean, did you see any in there?” — a response that came off as sarcastic and unnecessary. I apologized just to keep things respectful, but I felt like I was being made to feel wrong simply for asking a basic question.

I also asked for my receipt, as I usually do with every purchase to ensure I receive it. Her response was, “I’m finna give it to you!” — again, with a tone that felt irritated and unprofessional. I understand that everyone has tough days, especially in customer service, but that kind of attitude was unwarranted.

As someone who works in customer service myself, I know firsthand that customers ask all kinds of questions — and it’s our job to remain courteous. I didn’t catch the cashier’s name, but I hope management will follow up appropriately. Future customers might not be as patient or polite as I was. For reference my cashier was Courtney G.

Crazy lady at front desk was confident she gave my athletic team 13 piazzas like we order but she only gave us 11 and refused to admit to being wrong, so she reverted to hostility and shouting and refusing to serve us the rest of our pizzas then came out onto the bus and counted all the pizzas and realized she was wrong but still couldn’t believe it so she walked right out with one of our pizzas. It wasn’t even worth it to go back. If I could get 0 stars I would. Please fire this ignorant Karen fast before she causes more chaos with customers.

went in to this one in clinton on 11/2/24
i order online to get food from in the portal. when i got there the pizzz wasn’t in there so i ask the cashier (who had an attitude) she ask the cook/ manager. the manager said it was coming out now.
i saw the manager place my 5 meat pizza and my cheese pizza on the counter and she went to the back of the machine that say ready and took a pizza from the back. she proceeds to hand me the pizza i look inside it the cheese pizza is black
and i told the cashier about it she told the cook to come back and then she gave me the right pizza. if she would have just gave me my original cheese this could have been avoided but she wanted to keep it which is crazy. i went around 2:30 so you can pull the cameras!!! Thank me later!

Remember when Little Caesar’s pizza was hot and fresh and delicious and easy to grab to go? Well… I hope you remember because it’s a thing of the past now! What I am reviewing is the past three times that I have been in two months. Yes I kept trying and hoping for better but it never came. The breadsticks were missing the delicious topping that is spread on them and they were dark brown and you couldn’t chew it. The pizzas with the original crust were as thin as thin crust but was also missing the dang sauce on it and the crust was burnt on that as well. Everything I loved about their food is gone now. Grab a stick from your yard and add garlic butter to it and it will probably be better. Edit: as of September 2022! I’m so happy to say that they have a new manager and she is making sure that the food is coming out the way that it use to be! No more burnt bread sticks! No more yuck pizzas that are burnt with gross sauce! Ma am I didn’t get your name because you guys were so busy but kudos to you! I can once again get the deliciousness back! Thank you!

Love that I can use the app to order and by the time I make it there, it is ready. Makes the experience quicker than having to wait to a specific pizza to be made. Have never had a problem at this location. Very busy on the weekends and some week nights.
