I’m not complaining about the food! I usually have a good experience with this Little Ceasers. On Christmas Eve I came up there and ordered 1 pepperoni puffs and was charged $14.92. I know that the puffs DO NOT cost that much. There was a sweet Caucasian female at the window. She was working both the drive thru and frontline. She did not give me a receipt nor did she ask me did I want one. I have been trying to call up there because someone owes me 2 more PEPPERONI PUFFS IMMEDIATELY!!!! Groceries are HIGH!

Service is always Horrible. An older white woman in there always talks over the customers with attitude and disrespect. Whilst walking around the kitchen complaining and pointing fingers.. The store is always going to be busy. It’s lil Caesars. The younger workers are always more pleasant. I order online for a certain time pickup, so why do I have to wait additional time for something that is preordered, 20additional minutes. This is the third time this has happened to me. In addition the website and app are always malfunctioning. The owner should really reevaluate his staff. Lord knows the owner making the dough, lmao, to pay a lil more for better, more reliable, maybe even passionate workers and management…. I literally can’t be the only person in Brandon, Ms that’s gets irritated with this place of so called service…

I have always had problems with the store for many years, but this was the last straw. I will never ever order at this location again. If I ever even order from this company again. I have been trying to call for over 30 minutes. No one will answer the phone. I can clearly hear them picking it up and hanging it up. You also cannot order online anymore like the owner told me to always do because it’s faster. Every time I go by there, my pizza looks horrible, Employees are always outside smoking cigarettes, even though the owner told me a year ago he would stop that. Obviously never did.

Customer service was horrible, Food looked like it was made by a team of three-year-olds absolutely gross and disgusting, Atmosphere is nonexistent. Food is so greasy it won’t even stay in one piece. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never buy from this location again eve.

Excited to try the new cheese sticks. Do not eat at this little Caesars. They do not care if they give you under cooked raw dough EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU WILL WAIT HAPPILY. People say these jobs are for children but children don’t need to touch food if they don’t care if my children will get sick from eating it. Close your doors immediately before all the money you hope to make goes to someone your employees poisoned.
