I have over 30,000 views on my business reviews and this is the first bad review I’ve had to do. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve worked in the food service industry so I do my best to be understanding but this particular establishment is absolutely rude, unprofessional and the service is non- existent. The pizza is good but I will not go back. If you wanted to call in an order I wouldn’t recommend that either because they won’t answer the phone. I couldn’t give zero stars so they got 1.

Pizza is good however I do not recommend calling to order I have called multiple different times and they have never answered. I walked in to asked if they had a pizza ready to go because they wouldn’t answer the phone and they were all standing in the back talking about other coworkers and cussing! Extremely unprofessional.

So I came into your establishment today and I was greeted by a young lady named Marlana I believe?? It was around 11:30-12 ish. She was the most nicest patient young woman I’ve met in a while! I know fast food and even customers can be difficult to handle but she handled it well! My order was also fast and ready when they said it would be! Good job y’all!!!!

The manager at this store is rude and acts like she is to good for people she has not once but twice in seprate weeks stated that they don’t feel like making the crazy puffs if you ask for them and has an attitude if you go to order anything else including rolling her eyes and having a full blown attitude acting like you are stupid I don’t recommend going to this little caesars.

(2026) Ripley , MS location I went in 2 times within 2 different weeks and was told the same thing by the same women at the counter that i can not get “crazy puffs” because and i quote “we do not feel like making them” i will no longer support little ceasars from now on PIZZA HUT will have my full support and money this is the laziest staff i have ever encountered absolutely pathetic.

Very friendly staff greets you as soon as you walk in. I had to wait a few minutes for the cashier to count her drawer and she was very apologetic. I didn’t mind waiting 2-3 minutes.

Not sure what happened to create the downfall of this place the past 6 months or so.
The last 4 times I visited the dough has been nearly raw. I’ve never been ill, but it reminded me of uncooked biscuits in the center. Literally raw dough. Haven’t finished an entire pizza from this location in months.

Went in for a $5 Hot & Ready. Lots of customers waiting. As it being a pizza place, prepping for a rush is difficult because of cook time. But the staff was polite and efficient. When looking for it, remember it shares the building with the Texaco on the corner. So pull in and it’s on the left side.

The food is up exactly what you would expect for the amount of money you pay. Its hot, fresh, and kids love it. The employees could definitely benefit from some additional customer service training. I understand that these are just kids trying to make a few dollars after school but basic arithmetic should be a job qualification. The store is always clean.
