Horrible service. Ordered one meat lovers and one cheesy bread because they said it was ready. It wasn’t. Then I asked for a garlic butter sauce and he went and got it and then looked me in the face and said 98 cent. Lmao. NOPE. Pulled off too quick. They’re in there clowning and not caring about their jobs at all. Need to be fired immediately.

Order online showed up after the time it was due to be ready. The drive thru person was nice however didn’t get my entire order. Was told my other pizza was on the way out to pull up and 24 minutes after I finally received my entire order once I went inside and the person inside needs better customer service skills to work with the public. Clearly they need better system someone else was inside waiting as well. The place was not that busy.

Great food! Can be slow sometimes but that tends to happen during dinner rush. I’m always met with a friendly greeting, and my food is always hot and fresh. The manager Christina is always pleasant to talk to and I look forward to coming in when I order. I really don’t have anything negative to say about this establishment. If something is wrong I talk to the manager and it’s always handled appropriately.

The lady who works the counter is so sweet. Heard my kiddos fussing and gave them cookies just to be kind. Pizza is always hot and fresh. It takes a minute because we usually go during the busiest time of day, but we don’t mind waiting.

Service was extremely slow due to being understaffed. The young lady working the front was very poised and handled the situation well. I’m sure the people in the back were doing the best that they could as well. It was 55 minutes from order to pizza time. It’ll probably be Domino’s next time. Pizza was very good. Management should do a better job with staffing and encourage the folks working that shift.

Update: It’s been over a year since I visited any of their locations. I went a few nights ago and I must say I’m pleased. The staff working that night was very polite. I could see it was near closing time but a speciality pizza was put in the oven for me with no problem.
Once we got the pizza I noticed that something was different. I think they changed the recipe to the sauce which is a plus for me. That old sauce was not hitting.
We got the stuff crust and it was really STUFFED. I ended up eating the crust with the marinara sauce meant for the cheese sticks. Will definitely be back sooner this time.
