Had a pick up order. Drove there and guy told me he didn’t know where it was. Then gave me wrong order which I didn’t notice til I got home. Called there they tried to say I got wrong order out of so e heater thing which I didn’t even see. And finally was told our order was still there and had to drive back to get. Not the best experience.

Tried to call in an order for pick up. The person that answered could not understand the word “cheese” so after 3 attempts I spelled it out for her. She stated that she did not need my attitude which wasn’t an attitude YET! When I asked to speak to her manager she told me she was the manager! Unbelievable. Never encountered such rudeness from a manager. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. My mistake was not looking inside the box, cause it was only a cheese pizza. My kids tried to eat it with just cheese but don’t like it without the pepperoni. I called and spoke to Maddison and since it wasn’t still a full pizza, there was nothing they could do about THEIR mistake. So now I’m out money and have a cheese pizza we won’t eat. Sucks to have faith that such a simple order would be made correctly.

On Mar 10, 2023 at 5:13 I placed an in store order (5005942) for a Specialty Supreme Pizza and Italian Cheese Bread from Little Caesars in Livingston. Larry, took my order said that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was there in 25 to pick up my order. When I arrived home and opened the boxes of well awaited yummy pizza and bread, I noticed that the pizza was not fully cooked. The center of the pizza was a bit soggy and the pizza was cold. The Italian Cheese bread was overcooked and dry; it too was cold. For as long as I’ve bought pizza and sides at Little Caesars in Livingston, I have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of the food; it’s always been great! Of course, this incident will not deter me from being a customer of this restaurant. I understand that mistakes are made and that sometimes not everyone is on top of their game, so to speak. I wanted you to know about my experience so that this does not happen to someone who is not as understanding and compassionate as I am.
On a good note, Larry’s customer service skills were awesome. He was attentive and helpful.

The pizza puffs I got were underdone, and I was given two orders of pepperoni puffs when I ordered only one pepperoni and one cheese. Also, the garlic butter sauce had a fishy taste for some reason, which I’m guessing is the same sauce used for the Crazy Bread because it also did not taste good at all. Only decent thing about my order was the ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni that I ordered.

I ordered through the app for a pickup at their kiosk. I ordered 1 pepperoni Hot n Fresh, 1 Crazy bread w sauce, 1 split pizza that was half pepperoni and half cheese sticks w bacon, 1 Chicago style pepperoni and with tax it was $31 which is a good price and it’s feeding 5 ppl. The establishment was very clean from what I could see but I didn’t see any employees but they could have been in the back preparing pizza. The only issue I had with my entire order was the Chicago Style Deep Dish. It’s 8 rectangular/square shaped slices with a pan style thick crust. Two of the corner pieces were rounded off as if they ran out of dough and so there for it didn’t make 2 complete slices of pizza. It’s not enough to deter me from ordering from them again. I will be back
