I visited this location on Saturday, 12/13/25, and while one manager provided outstanding customer service, the experience was completely overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of another manager.
The manager who assisted me at the front counter, Ms. Buckley, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain the differences between each pizza while taking my order. Her customer service was top-tier, and she made sure I felt comfortable as a customer. She truly did a phenomenal job and deserves recognition for her professionalism and attentiveness.
Unfortunately, the issue arose with another manager on duty. A group of men entered the store, and one of them was smoking a Black & Mild cigar inside the restaurant. I suffer from asthma, and I immediately began coughing due to the smoke.
Ms. Buckley handled the situation correctly and politely asked the man to put it out or step outside. However, the other manager responded in a completely unprofessional manner. Instead of enforcing store policy, she laughed, joked with the customer, and made comments as if the situation was acceptable. Her behavior made it seem like smoking inside the store was okay, which is unacceptable and unsafe for customers—especially those with medical conditions.
If it weren’t for Ms. Buckley stepping in and correcting the situation, I truly believe the man would have been allowed to continue smoking inside the store.
Little Caesars needs to be more mindful of who they place in management positions. This manager showed a serious lack of professionalism and regard for customer safety. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate regarding this incident.
Once again, Ms. Buckley handled herself with grace and professionalism, and I hope she is recognized for doing the right thing. Her attitude and care for customers will take her far.

I order a lot from this location. During the day, he service is awesome but in the evening it tends to be slow and problematic. Pizza or Italian cheese bread is barely cut through. No one properly tends to the register as if they’re short handed. I just have to remember not to go after 4 or 5.

This store is absolutely disgusting and should be shut down.
The place flooded with literal human poop, and instead of closing and sanitizing like any normal, safe business would do, we were forced to stay open and serve food anyway.
Management was informed and did not care.
For three miserable months, this location has been a health hazard. Managers talk to employees and customers’ kids crazy, create chaos, and threaten people instead of doing their jobs. Hygiene is nonexistent – handwashing doesn’t happen, cleaning doesn’t happen, and the store is lett filthy every single shift.
Employees are intoxicated on the clock, leave cigarettes everywhere, and conduct shady business with customers while working. No accountability. No standards. No cleanliness.
I’ve personally spent over $500 of my own money on cleaning supplies because the store never has what it needs to be sanitary. Every shift I walk in and have to clean up behind grown adults who refuse to do their jobs.
District management does not care about employees or customers – only keeping the doors open, no matter how unsafe or disgusting conditions are.
If you care about your health, do not eat here. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen @LittleCeasars yall need to check up on your stores

The workers kept messing up orders for customers…I went to pick up my order which was 4 different kinds of pizza..waited an hour they still did start on my order…I had to cancel and go elsewhere for my order…I think they all need to be replaced even the casher said it would be ready in seven minutes…I checked back and 10… still wasn’t starting or close to ready… people were complaining had wrong pizzas made for their order…it was unreal.. please help the company with better workers…

This absolutely the worst place in the world! The young lady at the cash register was rude and never smiled. She rolled her eyes at every customer. The manager was rude. She stated that she was from another location. She said the store had rats and was under investigation by OSHA. When I looked in my box the pizza was folded up and I asked them to make me another pizza. They cursed and made nasty comments from the back. I’ve never in my life experienced customer service so bad!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Just wanted to let you know that Margaritas next door have roaches and they are telling customers that the roaches are coming from your kitchen into there kitchen. That is what two servers told me. They are defaming your name. I’ve been to this location several times and never seen a roach. Even had to wait for my food and never seen one.

I’ve been living in the neighborhood for years going here maybe 2 times a week, in the past I could agree to bad reviews about this particular location, BUT SOMETHING HAS CHANGED, and for the better, since mid Nov_24, the pizza has been fresher out if the box, tastier to wait for, more organized in the back, still a little slower when the lines out the door during rush hours, but overall definitely at least a 3 star rating increase for me.keep it up.
