I have to give a shout out to the incredibly organized and enthusiastic young gentleman, Wyatt, who is taking orders at Little Caesars in Collierville. This young kid who has to still be in high school, was hustling and bustling! Of course it’s Friday, and they are busy, but he is taking orders and constantly shouting to the back of the kitchen what’s left in the hot and ready warmer, turning people as quickly as he can with a smile on his face. I love his enthusiasm and dedication to his work. I’ve had jobs in the past where I loved the busy craziness because I knew what was going on and it’s just exciting! Even in a few moments, when there was no one there to place an order, Wyatt came around from behind the counter, and quickly restocked 2-Liter sodas in the refrigerator. If I was his boss, I would feel like I was definitely getting my moneys worth! My kids love their pizza and it is super affordable compared to everything else out there. It seems like the best way to get quick pizza is to order online and pick it up from one of their convenient pick up stations inside.

I’m giving 3 stars because when I stated I needed a fresh pizza they didn’t argue. However, I ordered through the portal as always because I wanted fresh pizzas. I waited in my car at the store until my name popped up on the portal screen. When I opened the box it looked awful. Dry and dark. As I said they didn’t argue when I stated I needed a new one but it was inconvenient. I think the settings on their oven may be off because the pepperoni pizzas come out looking a little burnt. Also, activating the dough would make the pizzas a whole lot tastier. Their flat, they should be fluffy. Toss that dough and activate it. You’ll have happier customers and a lot more business.

Horrible service. Made my order online and waited 40 min in a store packed with people only get get burnt pizza and cheese bread that’s filled with sauce. Tried calling back and no answer next day I finally got someone and they refused to refund.

I ordered two pizzas with 2 L drinks one diet Pepsi and one regular Pepsi but as soon as I came and picked up my order they didn’t have Any diet Pepsi in stock I was frustrated that they have not bothered to let customers know they were out of stock on their website and that’s what I get for them not being able to communicate with customers and let me know they were out of stock

This is the shi ti est pizza I have ever seen. I ordered extra cheese pepperoni mushrooms. No pepperoni at all. 9 small pieces of mushroom. I will NEVER order from Little Caesars ever again.

Awful service restaurant was packed customers complaining about being ther 20 minutes when i was placing my order employees standing around looking like they were lost I waited 15 minutes just for them to put sauce on my wings and when they put the sauce on the wings they gave them to another customer and tell me I gotta wait 15 more minutes I asked for a refund manager altitude was terrible I will never go back to this location just slow and rude especially the older black sweet/feminine guy that was making the pizza he really needs customers service training
