Usually I order at this location and it’s most of the time decent. But I ordered pizza and Italian bread tonight and got home and the Italian bread and pizza was not cooked fully. The pizza was more cooked than the Italian bread. But I tried calling this location to tell them about it and no one answered the phone.

I purchased a couple pizzas and crazy bread. Got home and my deep dish is only 1 square pizza instead of 2 like the picture on the app. I have tried to call and no one will pickup the phone. I decided to give this location a try for the first time and that was obviously a mistake.

The staff was terrific. My only complaint was they were having difficulties with their pizza cutter so most of the pieces were only partially cut through. Whoever the owner of this branch is get them a new cutter! Staff was excellent and the pizza was so good we had to turn around and get more.

Ordered pizzas among other items and my family was eating it. Seems good at first till we noticed the dough was way under cooked!! Raw even! My 2 grandsons and pregnant daughter in law got sick off of it. Thought it was just extra cheesy. And our grand daughter doesn’t like a lot of extra cheese and was telling her aunt about it and as her aunt looked closer, saw it was doughy and way under cooked. Wasn’t extra cheesy at all. At that point none of us could eat anymore and it got thrown away. That’s the second time we’ve had an issue at the same place. The time before that the bread sticks were super dry and crumbly. That was minor compared to the doughy pizza we got yesterday. So just beware. I don’t know if you can tell from the pictures.

I ordered a “Hot and Fresh” cheese pizza, made it a combo with crazy sticks, it most definitely was not Hot and fresh, more like Room Temperature and Old. That’s an easy fix with a good warm up in the oven.
But what was NOT OK AT ALL was the Crazy sticks!!! I didn’t realize until I got home that there was something wrong. I have posted pictures below.
1st, Upon opening the bag I noticed that the wrapping was around the breadsticks was curled up (like you do with cords) and just shoved in the bag.
2nd THEY WERE RAW!!! You can see where the bread started to cook but they took then out and served them not THOROUGHLY COOKED!!!
3rd when I called to let them know the guy that answered the phone bared no type of accountability for SERVING RAW DOUGH to customers
This is so disgusting, unacceptable and disappointing.
Does anyone know if this is a franchise or company owned?

We have gave this place so many tries, being from Michigan I’m a little picky about my Little Ceasars…. but this place just needs to throw in the towel…. Tonight was the last straw, I rarely return food, this was send back…. do yourself a favor drive the couple extra mile to Seymour, you’ll still probably have to re-cut the pizza at home…. but definitely worth the trouble…

If I want to order a pizza, I am forced to use the app which forces you to pay by card. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to pay by card. Therefore, you would think if you called the restaurant, somebody would eventually answer the line so you could place an order and tell them you would like to pay cash for your pizza. Not the case, I let the phone ring for thirty minutes two different times and no one ever answered to take my order. I get that. It’s busy on a Saturday night. I totally understand that. However, I am a paying customer just like the people in the store are Paying customers just like the online customers are paying customers, thus I should not be ignored because they don’t want to answer the phone!!!!
