Absolutely horrible. How this store stays in business is beyond me. The employees at this store just don’t seem to care; there is NO pep in their step and NO sense of urgency at all. I placed my order at 6 pm. The app said 45-50 minute wait. Little long I. My opinion, but it is Friday evening. I enter the store at 635 thinking maybe it might be done, NOPE!!! While waiting I spoke with some other customers waiting as well, and waiting even longer than I have been. I finally asked the guy behind the counter where am I at in line; after my order should have been done, how much longer does he think; he just shrugs his shoulders. After placing my order at 6pm my pizza was prepared a 721 then done at 741. Not one word about sorry for the delay, Nothing. Then after I get home my bread sticks were all squished, barely cooked and thrown in the bag. If this is a franchisee.. you need to sell, if this is a corporate store you need to FIRE the entire staff and start over completely. I will never step inside this store again.

After standing at the counter for a couple minutes with no acknowledgement I looked around to the back where a guy asked me what I needed. I told him I wanted pizza.. like why else would I be there at the counter looking at him?They had nothing ready so i had to place an order. He took my order and my name and said it would be 15 mins. I sat and waited expecting someone to call my name. (I was the only person there) After 20 mins I was about to ask but someone else came in. When the guy finally came to the counter to help the new guy, he asked the name on my order. They had put it in the pickup box under another name. Total BS. Will definitely not go back. The pizza was about what you expect from a place so poorly run.

Not that it matters, and I really wish I could give ZERO stars, but the little Caesar’s in Halls is the absolute worst! The last 4 times we’ve ordered from this location, the breadsticks are nothing but complete dough!! We’ve politely called them about it, a couple times, and tonight, we get yet another bag of dough. A friend of ours picked it up tonight, checked the breadsticks, and ask the guy working the counter, if they were cooked. He was very rude to him, looked up and said, “yea bud”. (See picture). Then he ask for pepper and napkins and was told by the same rude guy that they didn’t hand that stuff out anymore! Seriously?? We will never go back!!! EDIT: We also called the store and asked to speak to a manager, which was the same guy he dealt with, and his reply to the doughy breadsticks was “Well, I can’t bite into one to see if they’re done”.

I can’t speak to the food, but we walked in to pick up a hot n ready pizza. While there were none ready, we waited in line. While waiting in line, we saw an employee come in from a smoke break out front, not wash his hands or place gloves on, and begin making more pizzas. After watching for a few minutes, no one had gloves on, grabbing ingredients and spreading them on pizzas. No one looked to be over the age of 20, or managing this location. We walked out and went to Wendy’s. We won’t give them another chance.

I took a door dash literally 5 minutes away and someone already picked it up. I understand its not on them but being kind really does go a long way!! No need to be rude to someone delivering food from your restaurant to your customers.

The pizzas were burned. Shorted us a crazy bread, the pretzel crust wasn’t pretzel crust it was the same as the crust on the sausage pizza. They didn’t even cut through the pizza. The stuffed crazy bread wasn’t cooked all the way it was just awful. Even the kids was disappointed and it is hard to disappoint kids with pizza…

Could be bad management or a bad owner . I always go to a place a few times before I do a bad review. They never have anything Hot and ready No little packs of peper or seasoning like other little caesars have They take 35 to 40 minutes to make a pizza.

Food is mid you know what you are getting but they bump orders early so you get the notification that your food is ready. When it is not. Stop sending early notes got me standing arpund in thoer lobby looking like a bum because they bump early.

Absolutely horrible service. Walked in , no counter help. People standing all over waiting. Should have checked pizzas. 1 burnt ,1 toppings in center only, crust was 3″ wide. Won’t answer phones. Corporate Don’t answer complaints. Wish I could give a ZERO star.

I use the app to order ahead by well over an hour only to have to wait another 40 minutes upon arriving to get undercooked doughy pizza. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened at this location, but it will certainly be the last time. I’ll spend my money somewhere else from now on.
