I went to little ceasars to get 2 pizzas and pizza bites the lady that served us was rude i asked for fresh she informed me it had just came up i asked her to please make it fresh offered a tip and she laughed in my face handed me the pizza and said it was fresh with a aditude. The pizza was warm not hot. the staff was wandering around as well some out of uniform behind the counter not to mention when we opened the door some staff smelled of Marijuana. I believ if i asked for it fresh and offered to wait even 20 min i should jave been able to do so and get fresh pizza without hessitation. I love your pizza but with this last visit i may not b3 coming back .

I won’t come back here. Don’t come here. Attitudes suck. I asked for the Italian cheese bread to be lightly cooked. Kitchen acted like it a lot to ask. This is not lightly cooked compared to what I’ve gotten before.

I’m not usually the one to jump on here & leave reviews, but this one sure weighed on my heart. Me & my children are visiting Pigeon Forge for Dolly Partons birthday, we decided to order pizza off the little Caesars app so we could just go in & pick it up at the portal, well when I get there I go to the portal type in my code & there is NOTHING in my slot, so I tell the lady at the front desk, she goes to get her manager, her manager recommended I changed the password to my email because “I’ve been hacked because only people with my code can get my pizza” looked at me like a total liar, meanwhile I can tell the lady that was running the counter was nervous so I said “I’ll change my password, but you might wanna rewind them cameras because I can assure you my phone isn’t hacked “ needless to say, after trying to play me as dumb, the manager said she was going to remake my order, like YES OF COURSE YOU ARE I PAID FOR THIS CRAP. Don’t treat your customers like garbage, that’s not good customer service.

I ordered a Detroit style deep dish ultimate supreme pizza. I didn’t charge or add anything To start the pizza is still really doughy. It was covered in black olives but wasn’t supposed to have any on it as it doesn’t come with black olives. For people who like black olives this might not be a big deal. For people who don’t (like me) it is. It was supposed to have onions and had none. I had to ask myself “Did these people work really really hard, for a long time, to get this stupid?”.

don’t come here if you have anywhere to be in the next 10 years! we ordered our pepperoni pizza and they made us pull off and told us to pull around again in 10 mins. So we did, when we got in line the car sitting at the window was there for 20 mins as we are waiting due to the directions they told us. I called them and kindly asked for them to tell the car in the front to move as we had already walked inside to get our pizza and alerted the staff that the line wasn’t moving. They told us to wait once again while they finished their order. Not sure why the directions weren’t the same for everyone or why this process isn’t smoother. Highly DO NOT recommend!

Pull in to order stuffed crust regular pepperoni and crazy break. Guy at the window says it will be 20 min on the stuffed crust I say that’s fine. 20 min later I get my pizza just to realize I payed extra for stuffed crust just to receive two $5 pizzas!! Thanks a lot!

Had trouble using the app bcuz I’d never used it before and the lady at the drive thru window was great. She used the coupon button and just took my order at the window rather than using the app! She was very helpful and kind!
