Crazy bread is hardly ever well done when I ask for it to be well done. It’s pretty pathetic people can’t do there job and accommodate customer request. It’s a continous problem as I’ve went multiple different times when I’ve gotten it. In a one year time span of ordering it well done its probably been right one maybe two times. The photo below is what they consider well done.

They now have a vibrating disk they hand you thru the drive thru to pull up and wait then once it goes off you have to pull around to drive thru again to pick up order behind others that are just placing orders so it cld be a wait and food is getting colder. They have no proper drive thru road. On coming traffic goes thru in between drive thru traffic. Though for this issue its probably the only option they have unless they switch the set up inside and have the drive thru at the end of the building and maybe have 2 windows(1 for pick up, 1 for ordering). This way they cld have a long drive thru out of traffic and have multiple orders going. Maybe even have tablets at 3/4 windows with it sending orders straight to cooks to keep orders going and they just delivery to each window maybe keep orders going. Kinda like chick file but they dnt go outside just multiple windows down the side of the building and each person drives off as their order is completed instead of waiting behind big orders and your food cold. Maybe silly but im always thinking of what wld help the workers, customers there. Just my opinion. Food is good except bread sticks( I dnt like doughnuts ones) sorry.

The pizza itself was ok but we had to wait over 15 minutes after ordering 1 pepperoni pizza and a bag of bread sticks (what happened to hot and ready?) and when we got our food the bread sticks were about as big around as my finger and completely cold.

10-2019.I called ahead and ordered an Italian Cheese Bread with cheesy jalapeno dip. 10 minutes later I went inside and picked it up. The employee said it’s just coming out of the oven. Also, a clean store. Excellent employees. UPDATE 9-2022 ordered thin crust ham light sauce with crazy bread. Paid @ drive thru window. Still tasty pizza & bread. Friendly service. Thanks again!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Service, workers, and food. It’s just a bunch of teens who don’t care and will do the littlest bit to get by. They hung up on me when I was on the phone, they yelled at me on the phone and in store. The food they gave me was burnt and not edible at all. This store is horrible and the worst place to eat in tazewell period! Do. Not. Eat. Here.

Worst experience ever, I ordered on app 20 min.ahead of going to pick it up upon arrival I was given a beeper & told to wait until it went off to come back & get my order. 15-20 min passed I went back to ask about my or the guy didn’t know what my order was they hadn’t even started my order yet.its been 45 Min by now . It took them 1:20 min to make 2 pepperoni pizza a order of crazy bread. WOW We was Hangry by the time I finally got food.

I ordered pizzas for pick up. I show up at the time to pick up the pizza. They didn’t even have the order. The manager did great in trying to help and get the pizzas cooked so that I could make it to visit my family. I was in the drive through and after several minutes decided to go inside to wait (it was cooler than my car) as o go inside a young man named TJ said buzz number 7 the Karen’s pizzas are ready. I never even spoke to him. The manager and I were good I didn’t raise my voice. I called him out for saying that about me and he did not deny and did not apologize for it. The manager said she would handle it. I spend over $50 there and treated like that

The pizza lately at this location have been awful. You get the extra most and there is barely anything on it. They are putting way to much sauce to the point that it is soft and flimsy and they are making the musky of the pace too thin. Really disappointed in the quality. They’ve stopped casting about making good pizza. It’s really a shame. Order with caution and check your pizza before you leave.
