10-2019.I called ahead and ordered an Italian Cheese Bread with cheesy jalapeno dip. 10 minutes later I went inside and picked it up. The employee said it’s just coming out of the oven. Also, a clean store. Excellent employees. UPDATE 9-2022 ordered thin crust ham light sauce with crazy bread. Paid @ drive thru window. Still tasty pizza & bread. Friendly service. Thanks again!

Service is good but they do lose their good people from time to time and mistakes start happening. Food is also good. It’s not a dine in place so you can’t really say much about the atmosphere. The drive through situation could be better but not much can be done about it.

Use to be good and fast. Now you call your order in 30 minutes before pick up and wait in the parking lot 30 more minutes because it’s not done. It’s been like that every time. Management has went down hill. This was at the Harlan Ky Little Caesars.

I really enjoyed this Little Caesars when they have good workers. But when you are placed on hold for 5 to 10 minutes at a time different days of the week at different times it becomes ridiculous. It would be a solid investment if Little Caesars would check in on their employees and their status from time to time. Maybe their service would improve.

Not busy, so I was able to order quickly. Waited a few minutes longer than they projected, so they gave me free crazy bread and dipping sauce. The drive-thru is a nice touch. Friendly staff!

Girl at window was amazing let me know 7 minutes on cheese pizza and that was fine. Pulled over to wait for it waited 24 minutes for this one pizza when I went in to question I was told I needed to calm down remind you I was polite and just wanted my kids pizza, sheproceeded to repeat it and then I got aggravated and told them my food and free item or I was calling corporate and they changed attitude quick and got my order immediately from the back which it was close to 830pm but I was told everything they had but.my cheese pizza so I don’t know nor understand the 24 minute wait at all won’t go back here I will drive e to Morristown next time for it.. They do not even deserve 1 star at all.
