I would give a 0 if possible…. When I asking for a refund because I had been there 30 minutes and had not been told it would be 30 min for a pepperoni pizza (and I had 2 children under the age of 5 with me) the manager Tiffany interrupted me and said “well you see we are busy”…..and when I started to speak again she interrupted me again and spoke over me. Then, I said I didn’t like the attitude she was having with me and I said just give me my refund. Then, she told me that she didn’t like MY attitude and she then said “and if you don’t like my attitude you can catch me outside”……I told her I would call corporate and she said they didn’t have corporate and mocked me. I know they are a franchise owned by EFRC Enterprises and they do have to answer to corporate…..I’ll go to dominos any anywhere else but this is a small town and some day she may just get her wish and I just might “catch her outside”….

The pizza was burnt. They messed up the order. Took it back and asked them to fix it and they purposely messed the order up again. The manager was Courtney J. She was very rude and immature. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this place never has good customer service and the pizza has really gone down hill. Will not recommend this location. I would do 0 stars but it won’t let me.

Some guy covered with tattoos was trying to count out the register – counted the pennies six or seven times – but he ran out of fingers and toes – I left without ordering. He’s probably still counting the nickels now . . .

Always understaffed so I can never get through to call in an order and the HOT N READY pizzas are never ready. This is a management issue and this manager makes the whole chain look uncoordinated. The workers inside are always hustling though. It shouldn’t be an expectation for your customers to wait 10-15 minutes every time they want a pizza that the store knows very well well be ordered quickly if made ahead of time. Not enough workers (or possibly equipment) to handle the demand. They’re very fortunate Domino’s and Papa John’s cost much more.

Custom order. Everything’s cold. Was there within five minutes of time told. Smelled like a gas station bathroom from the ammonia. I guess they trying to keep it smelling clean.
It’s been good before but I won’t be back. Go elsewhere if you want even halfway decent food. I wasn’t expecting real pizza but this was garbage this time. I’ll put in the oven and maybe when cooked it won’t be a total waste. Customer lost. Good luck.

I got a pizza here on Sunday night! I was surprised at the decent quality after some bad experiences with other local restaurants in the area! I was expecting a so-so product but ended up with a pretty tasty pizza! Well made and hot and ready just like they advertise! Way to go Little Caesar’s! Great Job!
