It really shouldn’t even be 1 star. I ordered on the app and it was supposed to be ready between 8:43-8:48. There were 7 employees and 9 people waiting in the very small lobby. 5 were waiting to place an order and 4 were picking up orders. An order that was suppose to be ready at 9:15 was put in the portal 15 minutes before I ever got someone to check on my order. In the middle of this 2 employees were sent home (one was the only cashier at the front counter) she had to count out her drawer while all the customers were ignored the phone was ringing non stop and no one was answering it the 5 people waiting to order walked out. When I received my order there was barely any sauce on one the crust was not done and of course it was already cold. It was never even put out in the portal. The second pizza was suppose to have extra cheese but didn’t have enough to even cover the pizza once and the texture of the crust was dough that had absorbed water on half the pizza and the other half was only partially done. I received my order at 9:20 without any apologies for it being 30 min past my pick up time. Poor quality, poor customer service and poor management.

Waited 20 minutes for a pepperoni and a Supreme pizza.. both burnt.. granted, the staff had 20 or so orders to get done.. this is the only time I’ve not been very complimentary of this place

Genuinely curious if the owners/operators are actually stupid or just cheap, seems every single summer half the time theyr closed due to the AC being out or the online services are down. AC doesnt burn out yearly if done correctly. And 9 times out of 10. Depending. on the day the pizza comes out either toasted brown or a hair from being cooked all the way.

We called to make an order for carryout, but they never answered the phone. So, we drove there, and when we went inside, the phone would not stop ringing as the workers were just standing around. Someome was even taking a picture.. It took 10 minutes for a worker to even come up to the counter, and there were at least 6 workers. The crazy bread was burnt, but the other half was good. The pizza was good.

I genuinely don’t think the workers have any idea what they’re doing. Whoever manages this place needs to probably quit and try to find a way to live off welfare because there’s no hope for them to contribute anything to society.

Order in store, pepperoni pizza w pretzel crust lady first says we don’t have change. I give her correct change and she ignores me for about 5 min. I ask how long she says 10 maybe 15 at most. I wait for over 30 min for them to tell me it’s in the oven. Staff was unpleasant. They have really went down hill their customer service socks. I wouldn’t have gave the 1 star but it wouldn’t let me rate 0 star. Worse pizza place I will be taking my business else where

If you want food you better order at least an hour and a half before they are supposed to close sometimes even 2 hours before they close or they won’t won’t make it. They just quit and stand around in the store turning customers away. Telling you yea we stopped making food sorry. Yea we don’t close for another hour but idk what to tell you.

Did not see a persons face for at least 10 minutes. They new people where there, but could careless about greeting or even acknowledging us. Then gave us the wrong pizza and basically said, “Oh well.” They’ve just really went down hill. So sad
