It seems like no one at this place knows how to cut a pizza correctly. The slices end up uneven in size; the crust is inconsistent on each slice—a clear sign that they rush through it carelessly. When you ask for a well-done pizza, they can’t be bothered to put in the effort to cook it properly. The lack of care from the staff really shows—it feels like they’re just going through the motions without any regard for quality.

I had no cell service when arriving at the store. The person would not hand me my paid for pizza. Said I needed the code. How do I get the code without cell service? I had to drive away until I had cell service to get the email with the code. Upon arrival the second time he apologized and handed me my cold pizza.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The managers are hands on and always working. We eat here at least once a week, and the food is great.

I got an Italian cheese bread and a pepperoni cheese bread. Look how unevenly cut it is. Also; I tried to order from the app and was unable to because it kept saying the Stonegate store was closed, so I had to call and order and wait in line instead of being able to use the portal. None of which is a huge deal but makes a difference in the overall experience. On a positive note, the cheese breads were pretty good.

You just can’t beat this pizza for the price and quality. Always good, consistent pizza, great prices. Love the specials, like the pretzel crust. The crust is one of the best parts of the pizza, and Little Caesars nails it.

Experimented ordering one of my usual pizzas with less tomato sauce. This was the result. The photo is not what is normally advertised. Thirty minutes away, returning was not cost effective. What should a customer do in an instance like this? Hungry, I managed a decent slice. So very disappointing.

Based on my experience, the staff is friendly, and the pizza is always consistent and affordable. The location is always clean inside and out. Staff communicates well with each other. For the price, the pizza is actually pretty good. It is well lit inside and besides the vape shop it is always a comfortable place to visit. I highly recommend this location.
