Placed an order before leaving our house in Morrison so we thought 20 minutes should surely be enough for 1 pizza since the app told us when it SHOULD be ready. Get there and still had to wait for it for another 10 minutes and when we took it home and opened it, the pizza was miniature. Each slice was 2 bites I almost thought it was a prank. For $13 I’m not laughing. Do better.

Went tonight through drive thru. My son handed me his gift card to use towards the balance. The card was fine when I handed it. The girl handed it back to me saying it was rendered unredeemable. When we got home , my son noticed the card has been scratched through on the barcode . We called the service line and it still has a balance on it.

Great customer service today along with great pizza. Came in to speak with the manager about an online order for fancy pepperoni I made back in November. I used the app to order, paid, but the store was out of that pizza. I asked to cancel the order. Sure to using the app, I still got charged, and emailed the Little Caesars website 3 times about it with zero replies. Decided to try going into the store today. Manager was a young lady and very kind. She offered to give me a fancy pepperoni and it was delicious. I’ll go back.

Walked in and they had hardly nothing ready to go. Was told 10 minutes for my order and they’d bring it out to my vehicle. I went in after 15 minutes to wait and it still took 25 minutes total to get my food because they kept giving everything to the drive through. Cashier was miserable. If someone asks you ‘how are you doing’ you don’t need to answer with some sarcastic depressing reply.

Terrible service and food. I ordered food at the window, was told to pull up at the wall and they would bring the food out in 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes I went back to the window to ask about my food, they had it waiting inside. After I get home with the food, it was the wrong order. Call the store was told there was no manager there that could help that she would contact me the next morning, to my surprise I have heard nothing from them. AVOID this restaurant, much better places for pizza

I think they forgot “fast and ready” if I have to order and still wait ill order actually good pizza. Little Ceasars was the place you go when you were in a hurry and willing to sacrifice quality. It’s not the place you go first. They never have anything hot and ready.
