The food is okay, for some reason lately the hot and readys have been cold and ready. I think they’ve gotten used to pre making a bunch of pizzas, leaving it for a while for the next rush or the late night.

Great customer service today along with great pizza. Came in to speak with the manager about an online order for fancy pepperoni I made back in November. I used the app to order, paid, but the store was out of that pizza. I asked to cancel the order. Sure to using the app, I still got charged, and emailed the Little Caesars website 3 times about it with zero replies. Decided to try going into the store today. Manager was a young lady and very kind. She offered to give me a fancy pepperoni and it was delicious. I’ll go back.

The service here is not great. The first pizza was completely messed up in the middle. I opened the box and was shocked that they thought this was acceptable to hand out. I immediately brought it back for a replacement, and the next one was made really weird as well. The middle was paper thin with too much topping to balance it out so the pieces were hard to pull apart. It was a floppy mess.

The food is okay for average pizza at a nominal price. Where they shine is through their employees. Their staff is always helpful and kind. Much better than most fastfood/drive up restaurants. Shine on little Ceasars stars, shine on!

2 days after I completed the original transaction for 1 pizza, I received a notification that the store updated the total and charged my card double for the original order from two days prior. I tried to call the store location 4 different times and I was sent to voicemail.
