This is what 20 dollars will get you. Undercooked, but somehow scorched in the middle pizza… and breadsticks that were surely cooked twice… hard as a rock. They never have anything hot and ready anymore. Seems they are extremely under staffed. Plenty of different employees, but no employee retention.

Every time I come here, I place a call in order a good 30 minutes before arriving. But I don’t get me food until 30 minutes after arriving… so an hour later. How this establishment is still in business is beyond me. The food is good… the service, and speed is absolutely terrible. If you’re planning on getting food from here, give yourself at least an hour to get it.

ordered 1 extra most bestest cheese pizza @12:27 pm on the app and got ia regular cheese at 1:23 pm. these kids must not pay attention to the online orders. i set in drive thru for 37 minutes. this one is definately not hot n ready. there needs to be a way to refund when u get there and they havent even started your order instead of having to wait 56 minutes

Used to be good a few months ago but I think there may be a new staff of kids who pay zero attention to online orders and take zero pride in their work. Wait time has gotten absurd. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I’ve been disappointed several times in a row now with otherwise undercooked or old and rubbery food that tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours. Doesn’t matter if you tip. I used to be a regular now I’m not sure if they’re worth it.

Ordered online at 5pm for pickup at 6:15pm. Arrived at window at 6:17pm and was told to pull around to other window. Waited 35 minutes to get my order that was ready at 6:20pm.
Order was paid for so why couldn’t they just give me my pizza outta the first window?? I’ve been to several little Ceasars. This store has the worst service I’ve ever seen. Was going to go in but got stuck in line traffic so I couldn’t get out of line to go park. Never going back.

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced and good flavored food. Will be going there more often. About the best place in Etowah for pizza for food quality and competitive pricing. Wheelchair accessibility right at the front entrance. Parking level with the restaurant floor.

I order food here 2 Fridays of the month and 2 Sundays of the month. I always call the food in about 20 minutes ahead of time. I get to the store, go through the drive thru and pay, then have to wait anywhere from 20-35 minutes on my order (which is usually an order of crazy puffs and a cheese pizza) This store NEVER has anything “Hot N Ready”.

Love the food and prices regardless of the raised prices. Service is as good as it could be expected when they usually have one employee working usually. But that’s a manager problem! But All in all I like it a lot!!!
