Good experience, I’ve eaten here a few times always good. I’d like to call out one of the guys working there by name, his name is Owen and he’s awesome a great young man with really good customer service! You ought to give this guy a raise or at least a bonus.. Great work ethic!

It was a very pleasant experience Owen was a very kind worker who offered to put our pizza in the warmer to keep it warm while we waited for the rest of our order. We got two pizzas and crazy bread and were very happy as always. We always chose little Caesars pizza . We have had it hundreds of times and it’s never let us down!

Ordered online. Used the pizza portal to pick up. Easy and no contact with employees. Pizzas were fresh, made correctly and with a plethora of toppings. Great experience! We would highly recommend, and don’t forget to download the app for savings.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received from Little Caesar’s last night.
I usually have no complaints — the pizza is always great. But this experience left me shocked and frustrated.

I called ahead around 8:30 PM to confirm they were still taking orders, and was told yes — they even took my full order over the phone. I drove 35 minutes from another city with 5 hungry boys, only to arrive at 9:04 PM and be told they were closed. The two people inside the store refused to give me my order, despite the fact that it was ready and sitting there. They told me everything left over, including my pizzas, would be thrown away.

All of this — over being 4 minutes past closing time after they had just confirmed the order and told me it would be ready. The lack of communication between whoever took the order and the in-store staff is clearly causing wasted food, lost money, and a terrible customer experience.

I’ve never had an issue until now, but this situation was incredibly disappointing — not just for me, but for the kids who were counting on that meal.

This location ironically….was my first job. I distinctly remember many many times being belittled and cussed out by the manager about how PERFECT the sob wanted the cuts. Well apparently mister Craig Buck (the owner) doesn’t care how this location cuts anything. The pepperoni pizza was hot yes and yummy yes….however I had to cut the pizza AGAIN with my pizza cutter because it wasn’t cut all the way through to easily grab a slice. The Italian cheese bread, delciousssss, however the cut was quite sad. I finally have the ability to complain as a customer about the cut. I won’t go so far as cussing anyone out like the owner/manager loves to do when I first worked here….anywho. I guess you reap what you sow

I have a friend who owns 9 Little Ceasars Pizza franchises, so I have seen a lot with this franchise. Unfortunately, this particular location has been less than consistent for me, but die to its location to my business and home I find myself stopping by and buying a “hot & ready” little Caesars has a protocol that requires the franchise to dispose of pizzas after a certain time frame and I’m not sure if this location has the updated equipment or not , because often I get old pizzas. What I’ve done to correct what this franchise fails to do is simply ask for a fresh hot & ready, be prepared for them to tell you it will be 15-20 minutes, but trust me it’s worth waiting, because old pizzas isn’t so wonderful the only way I give a four star rating on the food is based on insisting on a fresh pizza otherwise my food rating would be a two star rating at this location

The over-all attitude of the workers I’ve felt with at the register has been “I’m just here and not interested in being friendly, so just order, give me your payment method and go sit down or stand out of the way”

But, if you’re not concerned about politeness or doing business with people who treat you with respect and want a decent pizza at a low price and request to wait for a fresh pizza to come out of the oven by ordering it fresh, just prepare to wait 15-20 minutes and it’s then it’s a decent four star pizza for the money money spent

These days I make this location a last resort and I don’t go there often , maybe two or three times a year and that’s is about all I can deal with, since I work in retail business all my life and deal with customers / people every day I believe in treating everyone with respect and I believe anyone working in a business should be nice to their customers who pay their salaries, so as a customer I expect to be treated with respect and wittiness others being treated respectfully and not have to deal with a cashier who acts like their so cool they don’t care

The kids working there on a Friday night were on point. They were so busy, lobby filled up and stayed that way for the entire 35 minutes I waited for 2 orders of breadstix. Speed of service I feel could have been faster if the GM was there

Sat in here for 10 minutes and no one looked or even said a word to me. Someone was on their phone sitting in the back and it’s just crazy how you could let a customer stand for 10 minutes and not say a single word. It’s sad to see what customer service has came too, everybody wants money but doesn’t want too work!

What can you say? Its Little Caesars. Food is exactly what is expected but every time I go in this location, every employee is friendly and eager to help.

Great example of The Broken Window theory.. I want to share my experience today at 6:41pm. I went to pick up 2 pizzas, bread sticks and a Twix cookie bar. The gentleman up front was great so this is not towards him. I feel for him on how embarrassed he was in front of 6 people in the store. He asked his coworker to get him a Twix cookie bar out of the back, the coworker made a smart comment towards him then walked back to get it. As he got about 10 feet away he tossed it up towards him by the register. Of course it dropped on the floor and the gentleman who was helping me did the right thing and he personally went and got another one. He apologized and was completely embarrassed. The coworker who tossed it made another smart comment. I would encourage the manager or ownership to look up the Broken Window Theory and see how that behavior can really have a damaging impact on a business. This post is not to be mean or to damage their reputation, I will continue to order pizza from this store. I hope the gentleman who tossed the Twix bar can learn from this experience.
