Came in to order and the card I used went through on my end but they said it didn’t work on their end. Ended up getting charged 3 times by my bank and I complained and wanted a refund. They basically said that whatever happens happens and if it doesn’t go through, no big deal free food. I got charged 60 dollars for that order overall, and in the end, it wasn’t even correct. They didn’t give me what I ordered despite writing it down and making sure to clarify it was correct.

Pizza just so so. Seems like crust is getting to thin. Toppings are less of them. At one time you could get 2 for 1. Back then they were a good pizza place. Wish they would go back to those times and maybe they would have a better fan base.

Drove 15 minutes there just to have to drive back because they forgot to put pepperoni on my pizzas. How you forget to out pepperoni on Pizza? Honestly I should have checked before we left. They didn’t forget to charge me for it however. Also they do not answer the phone, so I could not tell them in advance so I didn’t have to wait 20 more minutes for my food.

Normally this a good place with good service. But recently the weekend crew has made way for things to go down hill. Husband went to place an order and got turned away because they have “a 2 hour wait” on online orders. Funny thing is they are turning away people that also placed online orders hours in advance. Because they don’t want to deal with customers. We went to the la vergne location instead to get our pizza. Will be talking to a manager there as well. #superkaren

They go into “maintenance mode” more than an hour before closing. They shut down online ordering and only do pepperoni and cheese pizzas during this time when they have plenty of time to do more with the time they have. I also tried calling multiple times to put in an order at 7:50 (they close at 9) and they would just let it ring or hang up on me.

Ordered my pizza online and tracked the order using the app. The app estimated the pizza would be done between 6:25 and 6:20. At 6:07 the pizza went into the oven according to the app. I arrived at the shop at 6:22 and the pizza was “still in the oven”. At 6:37, 30 minutes in the oven, it was still listed as “in the oven”. So, I decided to ask about my pizza. I walked in to find the person who was supposed to be working the front counter and boxing pizzas talking to some of his friends about “practice” and making “the game”. After about 5 minutes he finally noticed me and waved his friends on. I enquired about my order and he went back to check on it. The pizza was still on the baking plate it was on when it came out of the oven. From the temperature of the pizza it was no less than 20 minutes if not 30 from the time it came out of the oven. My pizza was cold. I was late bringing it home. And not even a “sorry about that”. Had my family not been expecting that pizza and it now being almost 7 pm (and paying for it in advance) I would have told them to keep the pizza.

I tried to call this location about 6 times, no answer, went by and the lobby was just full to the max. Walked in there was a white man with tattoo’s everywhere being rude as hell to the customers that were at the counter. I stood there for 15 minutes and not once did anyone ask me if I had been helped or anything. Ended up having to place my order through door dash and the order was not correct at all. I am so done ordering from this location. The service just keep getting worse and worse. If you can’t deal with customers and be nice to them then get into a different line of work…smh

Just went inside to place an order because they can’t answer the phone. Called 3-6 times and no answer! Walked in and place was like a club on Friday night and it’s payday. I ended up walking out and placing the order through DoorDash because the team member asked who had such and such and a customer replied “me”. Crew(bald white guy mid 30’s tattoo’s EVERYWHERE very rude not professional) comes back with 1 pizza they had multiple. So he proceeds to get rude with said customer…”well you should have told me that….4/5 pizzas is a lot….smh well if you don’t want the money then you should have said we don’t take big orders in person….It better not take this DoorDash long. They better not give any problems or I want to speak to corporate ASAP. They guy did not even ask if I needed any assistance when I walked in the door. It’s a shame because I work in fast food just down the street from this location and this is NOT what customer service is about. #notforplayplay JUST GOT MY FOOD AND I ORDERED 2 CRAZY BREAD WITH SAUCE AND THERE IS NO SAUCE. I AM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!
