Ordered 4 Pepperoni Stuffed Crazy Puffs and 8 Buffalo Chicken Ceasar Wings at 12:50 pm on Friday January 17, 2025. Trying both of these items for the first time, to me the Puffs were a little greasy and slightly grey in the middle. They had a good flavor and were nice and hot. The wings were really small and had an off flavor, maybe too much cumin but really could not identify it 100 percent. Overall I probably won’t be ordering either of these again. The order came promptly 15 minutes after ordering which is what I was told initially. The service was efficient and courteous!

Normally, I’d have a good review for a place. I am afraid I was disappointed with our pizza tonight.
I know, I know… I went for cheap pizza.
Tonight’s pizza was either burned or sat in the hot box too long. IT WAS CRUNCHY, BURNED, DRIED, AND VERY HARD TO EAT. We didn’t reheat it to cause this. It was given to us like that. We ate a few bites and decided it was horrible. My family started literally comparing it to the hardness of a milk bone dog treat. They even banged it on the table causing the glass plate to ring. My family and I have decided “even for $8 that we can get better pizza just about everywhere else.”
So, little caesars, you need to check the pizzas before you send them out of the store. It wasn’t “Hot ‘n Ready” more like “Old ‘n cold.”

The lady that took my order was very friendly. But I ordered a hot n ready. The only part of that that was correct was the ready part. Pizza is not hot and looks to be several hours old. You can see how dried the cheese is and not melted it is in the photo, there for it is not hot. Pretty dissatisfied. Was looking forward to trying this new pizza they put out with the mozzarella. Good thing I got crazy bread and a mountain dew.

Update: idk why I keep getting talked into going here. You got 2 options 1) hot, or 2) ready. Hot-n-ready seems to be a thing of the past. I literally told the drive thru girl I wanted 2 hot n ready classics and 2 sauces plus some crush red peppers. She took my money THEN told me to pull around they would bring it out. I asked how long and was told 15-20 minutes.

ZERO STARSSSSS! This is what I got when I order from the website I called little ceaser store they said it nothing they can do and hung up on me so then I called the customer service number and they said a supervisor will follow up with me && they never did! They will never get my money ever again!

Well idk how many had just come before I got there but nobody was there when I arrived yet I still had to wait almost 20 mins on my pizza. From the way I understand it the pizza only cooks for 7 mins. Little Caesars dough isn’t the best but they used to make up for it on price and speed. Now it’s almost $8 and takes 20 mins. I can go to dominos and get the same thing for $10 get it faster and it tastes way better. You asked for more there it is. Oh and your cashier didn’t seem to give a crap about anything

Does not even deserve one star. Called ahead with my order said it would be 15 minutes, arrived at the drive-thru was told to pull up front they would bring out my pizza. 30 minutes later I had to go inside to get my pizza it’s sitting in the warmer for God only knows how long and the order wasn’t even right. Ordered crazy bread it came out with no butter garlic and three sprinkles of cheese. I called specificall to order exactly what I wanted and got nothing like I wanted or paid for.
