I’m a little annoyed after waiting 25 minutes just to get cold pizza wings and breadsticks.
I ordered cheese and pepperoni hot and ready and then I asked for breadsticks and wings I was told 10 minutes on the wings 10 minutes turned into 25 and then when I finally got them they were cold on my way home in the car. My at some point in time customer service has to matter The employees have to care about how the food that they’re serving affects their customers after having a long hard day and not feeling like cooking we go out to get something to eat to not have to bring it home to warm it up to be ready to eat hot and ready is the phrase Little Caesars is known for hot and ready was not ready

If you’re looking to grab a quick hot n ready pizza here then prepare for disappointment, because here hot n ready means 10-15+ min wait. It’s been like that the last 4 visits and I will not be returning for a 5th. The standards have really slipped here the last few years, I didn’t even wait to get to the window on this last trip once I hit the 7 min mark sitting at the drive thru without moving. The only thing hot was my anger and I was ready to go give my money elsewhere.

Placed the order online and arrived at pick up time just to wait half an hour next to a guy who’s been waiting 45 min. Had to remind the staff multiple times what we ordered. What is happening here?!?! I’d give zero stars if I could completely threw off our night. I’d suggest any other pizza joint in Murfreesboro. Bad bad bad.

In all honesty if I could do no star for this visit I will. When it comes to my grandkids I don’t play! I went to pick up a pizza and noticed that it has too much red sauce. I told the gentleman that my grandkids had a problem with so much red sauce that I needed another pizza. He stated that it will take 15 minutes and an overcharge.. I say no problem.. minutes later a girl came to me with the so call light sauce pizza.. when I came home and started to serve the pizza I noticed that it was just a regular pizza with even more sauce than before.. called them and told them my disappointment. Is sad cause they are the closest one to my home but I think a customer request should be honor!

Go through the drive through and get a buzzer only to be told to go around front and walk in to pick up the pizzas. Why? People were like ned up at the door with the wrong orders. When I came in the front door I could have told them I was picking up 5 pizzas not one and they would have given them to us. It’s shocking that a business like this still runs.

Literally, every time I’ve ordered, they have gotten something wrong. Then when they finally start to get my orders right, they change management. Mind you, I order menu items, nothing special. Then when I call to get my order corrected, I’m treated like I’m a bother or a liar, and they don’t fix it. They won’t give me an email or phone number for upper management. I’m hung up on constantly. I stay very calm and nice (kill them with kindness) and still treated terribly. The food is excellent, when correct, but it’s not worth the headache. I’m not sure how hard a cheese pizza and Italian cheese bread can be… This location is around a mile from me. The other, around 5. I’ll go the 5 miles.
