I’m going to start off on a good foot and say the Stuffed Crust Pretzel Pizza was a delicious option for $10.00 everything else about the entire restaurant was terrible. When I got the email that my pizza was ready but not able to fit in the pizza portal I hopped inside to find a lobby abandoned by all employees and stood for about 7 minutes with no acknowledgement from the crew. The. I watched the DTOT person walk outside alwith another order for curbside and inquired about my order upon her return. She then went to the back and after a few more minutes a dude came out to the front. Just as he approached, the guy from the curbside order was bringing his order, which was given to him incorrectly back inside. THEN I asked dude about my order and and he found it, I. The pizza portal. Ridiculous, I’m guessing the manager is super young but at least the pizza was good and I’ll know to hit the other side of town next time.

We ordered pizza and had door dash delivery. I even called lil ceasers and spoke to someone to make sure my order was correct. The pizza came completely wrong and disgusting. I tried to get a refund or replacement from door dash which I was only offered 4$ for a 20$ pizza. I called lil ceasers to see if they would replace it. The guy that answered the phone was rude and not helpful at all. It’s not door dash fault. It was lil ceasers fault. I’m pretty upset cause they could of replaced the pizza , especially if I was willing to bring back the pizza so they can make a new pizza the correct way

Pizzas are made in disgusting unsanitary pans, and this business has no care for food allergies, they don’t separate cutters so if you have any allergy, DO NOT eat here.
Pizzas are constantly sunken in on the middle, management doesn’t even know the proper way to run the business and was asking high schoolers how to do their job correctly. Genuinely don’t know how this place has lasted, disgusting environment, ran by disgusting people.

Cross contamination is nonstop, it’s a major issue. Whether it be pizzas, sauces, breadsticks, they do not care in the slightest about cross contamination, using the same cutters for every type of pizza. Allergic to mushrooms or Alfredo? Sorry, good luck getting a pizza without a hint of either of those. This place will kill you before they care in the slightest. I’ll gladly share my first and last name for this review. Pizzas are made in disgusting dirty pans, they do not clean them. Every day they make their pizzas in actual dirt and grime. The inside of the building is generally unappetizing, it’s a gross environment, and they have no interest in changing any of this. The place is ran by kids, literal high schoolers, and management is all new and doesn’t know how to manage the business, having new people and high schoolers inform them of how to do their job properly. Very sad excuse of a business because management doesn’t know what they are doing.

Warning: not food allergy friendly. Gross food, gross employees, place is unable to make food without cross contamination. Good luck talking to management, one of them leaves by 5 and the other who is supposed to close leaves every night by or before 8 pm and lets kids run the business for them. Odds are there’s not a manager, or at least a competent manager to talk to when you go. The pizzas are constantly sunk-in, holes all in the pizzas, they are greasy and thin, and constantly have extra grime on the crust from being put in dirty pans. If you want pizza go anywhere except for here. I’ve seen gross places before but this one takes the award by a mile.

This store consistently does not have any selection of “Hot and Ready” pizza ready aside from cheese and pepperoni. Today i went through the drive through and the staff was uninformed about the availability of the products on hand, and predicted it would take ten minutes for a “Hot and Ready” pizza, and asked us to park and they would bring it out to us. After 20 minutes, my wife went into the store, and no one came to the counter until she engaged the woman at the drive through. Another employee stepped out with our order and rudely asked if we were waiting on it still. We will not be returning despite the convenience of the location – papa johns is ALMOST as close.

I was not going to leave this review but here it goes. I went into this location about a month ago and ordered a half cheese, half pep pizza, a 2 liter and an additional cheese. Well firstly I was overcharged but I did not complain because I know prices are going up so I just let it ride. I watched the kid at the from counter take a pep and a cheese from the warmer to the back. Where another young man with no gloves broke both pizzas in half and put them in a box. Another lady employee advised that what he was doing was disguating. Well here is the thing they did not know. I managed and helped to open little Caesar’s nationwide for 5 years and fired many employees for doing exactly this. Food safety standards keep people safe and this restaurant has none. I called the store and they offered to give me free food (absolutely not!). The next day I sent my son to order a pizza half cheese, half pep and guess what…..he had the same experience. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY! THIS IS FOOD POISONING WAITING TO HAPPEN! I ALSO HAVE AN IMMUNOCOMPROMISED KIDDO THIS COULD HAVE BEEN VERY SERIOUS! BTW I THREW ALL FOOD AWAY!

I ordered a pizza with a pickup time of 5:20-5:25 PM. I arrived at the drive-thru during that window but was told to park as my order wasn’t ready. My pizza wasn’t delivered to me until 5:50 PM. It was barely warm, and the box’s underside showed it had been sitting for a while. The pretzel pizza was disappointing—maybe it’s better fresh and hot. The Crazy Bread and sauce slap, as always, but I won’t be back for a while.

My wife and I were waiting for our order for over an hour, there were only two workers who were working in the store and they were prioritizing the drive thru over the 4 customers waiting in the lobby, another customer before us also was waiting for over an hour. I would not recommend coming to this location as it has terrible customer service and it’s better for you to go into the drive thru rather than waiting in the lobby for your order. I will not be coming back to this location. And don’t even bother calling their customer service line on the weekend they’re only open Monday thru Friday.

A literal actual pool of shimmering oil in the middle of the icb pep. Filled up a paper towel with it. After walking in and watching the girls in the back both pretending they think the other one is going to walk to the front, so minutes pass in silence in the lobby as they figure that out. On reflection, I did give too many stars originally.
