We ordered online to pickup at 11:15. Our pizza wasn’t ready when we arrived at the drive up window at 11:15 so we were asked to pull forward and someone would deliver our pizza as soon as it was ready. At 11:30, I went in and asked if our order was ready yet and was informed that it was still in the oven. A few minutes later, we received our pizza. I drove back to work where we tried to eat the pizza and it was so greasy, the toppings slid off immediately. The first bite had two things that my teeth couldn’t crush. I was done. In fact, I was angry with myself for even attempting to eat this disaster. I’m adding a photo which looks way better than the thing does in real life. I called the store manager to see if they were having equipment or personnel issues but she said the only thing out of the ordinary was the dough was a bit thinner today than normal and that could explain why it seemed so greasy. I feel like she had an opportunity to make the situation right but chose not to. She offered an explanation and I guess that’s where she feels her quality concern and customer retention stops.

First and foremost this particular Lil Caesars location is the BEST one in Middle Tennessee PERIODT. Brendon Stilwell is [consistently] the MOST polite and professional service worker I’ve come across in quite a longgg time. I arrived at almost closing time and was not treated like a burden! The associate that waited on me was extremely helpful. Answered my question and the team there got me through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes!!! Food was good and hot! Soda was ice cold!

The gentleman working the drive through window tonight, Saturday, March 1st, made our experience at this location so much better than the norm. He has excellent customer service and was a pleasure to talk to. I wish I would have gotten his name, but if it helps, he was around 5’6, Caucasian, and wearing the LED hat that advertised the new puffs. In the past, customer service here was lacking big time, it didn’t really matter to us. We were only there to pick up pizza. However, it was a nice change to have someone at the window who was cheerful and cares about customer interaction. Management needs to make sure they keep this guy on. He is definitely going to make one time customers into long term customers.
