I want to give a huge shout out to COLBY at the Lewisburg, TN location!! This young man is amazing!! He was so professional and very eager to provide a solution to our situation. He seemed very mature for such a young man. If you ever have an issue with your order ask for Colby. This company should use him as an example for all managers to strive to be like. Pizza was obviously flipped over before boxing. Cheese topping stuck to bottom of the box under the pizza. I get that it’s Little Caesar’s but y’all could at-least not serve this to your customers.

I called in my order to a very nice gentleman named Gavin I believe who took my order. I had ordered it 27 minutes before arriving. When I arrived some young lady asked has anyone helped me and I told her my name and order. I asked if I may please use the restroom while I wait on my food. She went and asked the manager who didn’t even turn around and simply shook her head NO….. OK well if that’s how you treat your Veterans when they simply just have to pee, and by the way I have good aim. They didn’t even know about my order. So yes add another 20 minutes to me sitting there patiently having to still go to the restroom badly. FINALLY MY NAME GETS CALLED AND THE LADY TOLD ME MY TOTAL WAS $38 plus some change. I had asked Gavin my total before hanging up and he said $24 plus change. I didn’t want to argue cause my bladder was about to explode, so I simply paid it and began to pick up everything and I asked the manager for another bag for my two 2 liters. Manger being a white woman, very “BUTCH” with black obviously dyed hair who was very rude from the start. She simply walked off. I took all I could carry to my truck. Grabbed some cash and walked back in for my 2 liters. I asked the same light skinned lady who had asked had anyone helped me and asked her manger to let me use the restroom may I please talk to Gavin. She told me no. Gavin does not work there and smiled like she was lying straight to my face, which she was. I told her the guy who took my order told me his name was Gavin 2 times.. She smirked at me and went to her “BUTCH” black dyed hair manager, whispered something to her and without turning around the manager yelled at the top of her lungs, “Gavin Lobby Now”. A very young white male walked out instantly and I handed him all the cash I had grabbed out of my truck and told him Thank You. Thank you for being so kind and helpful to me when I was placing my order. His Manager then Laughed out Loud while I walked out with my two 2-liters. I’ll never go back there. What a trashy manger and I hate being lied to. I hope cooperate reads this and fires the BUTCH manager along with her side kick. I came in Friday at approximately 435pm on 7/25/25 in a purple cutoff t-shirt that said macho man with some khaki shorts and black shoes with a black ball cap. Cooperate can check the cameras. I’ve used the rest room at that location and at Columbia’s store before with NO PROBLEMS. Everytime my daughter ask for chzy bread when I’m heading home from Springhill from seeing my father in his assistant living house all the way back to Pulaski I dread stopping at that location because they can mess up the most simple order. It needs to be addressed and Cooperate may hire a young man like Gavin who is not only helpful, but also caring to the customers versus the trashy ‘Butch” lady they have ruining not running it now.

Tonight me and husband was running around and he decide he wanted pizza because of the call of duty promo they are running. Very impressed the girls working up front were polite and helpful, and the pizza and cheese sticks with crazy sauce was so good. We will be back.

We ordered 2 Pepsi’s, 3 pepperoni pizzas, and 5 crazy puffs, waited for roughly 45 minutes. Received our pizzas and puffs but no drinks, pizzas and puffs are cold. We didn’t realize that we didn’t have the drinks until we got home. We order all the time and bring it home to eat and it’s never room temperature when we get home. Spoke to the general manager and he said he couldn’t replace my whole order, which is fine. I did expect a discount the next time I come through, but I received a 10% discount which isn’t acceptable. I wasn’t allowed to say that because the manager hung up on me. I expect better from a general manager who was the one who supposedly cooked the pizzas. Very rude and unprofessional especially from the general manager.

My recent visit to Little Caesars was quite enjoyable. The hot and ready pizza was indeed hot and ready, and the convenience of their quick service is commendable. The pizza itself had a good flavor, and the price was very reasonable. While it may not be the gourmet pizza experience, it’s a great option for a tasty and affordable meal. Four stars!

One hour and twelve minutes to get my pizza and it was undercooked and not cut. Whyle waiting in the parking lot I watched the employees duck down and hide when cars came into the drive through. Whoever owns this establishment needs to get their house in order.

ordered at the window was told it would be 15 minutes they would bring it to the car . served two people that were behind me and not me . entered the building and told counter personnel I’d not got my order yet. never an apology or anything . heard an employee say I seen her but didn’t didn’t know what she wanted. poor service.
