I just have to say how impressed I was today! The manager was running the entire store by himself and handled it like an absolute pro. He stayed calm, efficient, and positive the whole time, and still managed to get orders out quickly and on time.
That level of dedication and work ethic is rare. Absolutely fantastic service — you can tell he truly cares about the customers and the business. I’m beyond impressed!

Not sure if Danielle is the petite black girl or the spitfire with the blue dye job that served me today, but they both handled the rush I experienced while waiting for my order well. I have to say im surprised whenever no deep dish is available, and the stils and slices i received that was hot and ready was most certainly WELL past ready, as it was dried out, the spitfire definitely shouldve checked it before even attempting to sell it to a customer, but I suppose when the pressure is on its hard to be perfect. Whatever the case, both were attentive and fantastic, although id suggest spitfire work on her, for lack of a better phrase, customer service attitude. It was professional l, but not very kind or inviting.
Also, to the guy in back of house, youd do well to keep your conversations and opinions IN the back. I’m sure you thought you were somehow helping but that was not the case, you just kind of came off as rude and shouty.

I am appalled! The pizza my fiancé brought home for dinner was the biggest disappointment. The toppings were barely on the pizza. All of the sauce was pooled up on one tiny part of the pizza. The “deep dish pizza” was not deep dish at all. The thin crust was uncut as well. You can tell it was thrown together Extremly lazily. I normally get good pizza from this location but this was atrocious. Management needs to reevaluate their standards and find people who actually care. This is ridiculous.

How hard is it to put extra sauce on a couple of pizzas that I paid $25 for??? Incorrect order after we were nice and ask for extra sauce (over the phone.) because the website didn’t offer it. Ridiculous! That equals no more money from me to Little Caesars. That’s how capitalism works goodbye. Pizza was DRY. Employees looking at their phone instead of serving customers or putting extra sauce on a pizza like I ordered and paid for.

We ordered two pizzas, One deep dish and one regular sausage pizza. The only thing I’ve ever liked has been the deep dish. They’ve always been consistently pretty good with some variation. The one I got from this location has taken the prize for the worst deep dish I’ve ever had. The crust was barely crisped on the edges and looked thrown together. They literally closed the box on the pizza. The dough on the regular sausage pizza was also underdone. Severely disappointed in what we got from this particular location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Husband stopped once more to this 355 East Main St. Gallatin TN location to grab two pizzas, cheese bread sticks, and crazy bread last night (Jan 3rd 2023 at 8pm). Upon getting home, he grabs two sticks thinking they are OK. Turns out no, he wakes this morning (Jan. 4th 2023) complaining of stomach issues & bathroom problems. He was the only one to eat any as I looked at them and seen how the dough wasn’t even cooked. It was more of a play dough consistency than anything. I immediately threw them out, but not before he took some. This place obviously can’t make any food, and need to be checked into or closed down if they can make food that won’t get people sick.

Got the cheese crazy bread and cheese wasnt even melted, I pulled it straight out and then noticed the bread stick was still dough and not fully cooked. Do not get these at the location in Gallatin TN. They apparently don’t know how to cook. Not only did we get these, we got the crazy breast sticks and in batch was burnt on bottom. They like to make people sick apparently with under cooked dough.

Went to this little Ceasars tonight and not a fan at all! No taste at all and soggy as hell. Dough isnt cooked all the way and taste like yeast. My whole family didnt finish a slice of it so we ended up going to the lebanon location who knows how to make a pizza and crazy bread. Im spreading the word about this location which is closer to me but not worth it. Ill drive the extra miles to the lebanon location. Waste of money and time waiting for 1 pizza and crazy bread. Pretty pathetic. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. Just want to warn others. So pathetic!!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

SO DISGUSTING! Another disappointing round of “breadsticks” more like dough ball!! You can see in the photo the ball of dough that was sat on before they gave it to us. I don’t know where these workers came from, but the lot of them should be fired!

The atmosphere is for waiting, for ordering and pick up, not for dining. As nice as they are, I imagine, they wouldn’t say anything if you just needed to sit there and eat your Pizza, lol.
