Wasted 15 min in parking lot waiting on my crazy puffs only to receive them like this. Cashier was rushing me when I picked them up and when I bad to circle back to return them. I usually get friendly and attentive service. Very disappointing as her reaction wasn’t even a sorry but quickly saying “ I can refund you” then saying it’s probably how they scooped them out the pan. I suspect she’s the one that made them. But poor service and why would you even serve this. Smh

Been a very long time since I’ve been here & my Grandson seen a commercial & wanted to go! Ordered at the window a Detroit Style $4.99 Pizza & Bread Sticks – pulled over so they could get it made cause they don’t make these ahead – only had to wait about 10mins but was worth it – He Loved It! Gentleman working was really nice & waved me back over once it was done! Recommend this location to everyone!!!

I love this place; the employees are always friendly and so is the Manager Brianna.
I had just worked 19 hours the day before and I had to work 9 more hours on the day I came to pick up a pizza on Monday 29, 2025 to eat for the day. I got there at 10:15 and when I seen they were not opened until 10:30, I told her (Brianna) I would come back, and she stated she would make it for me, but she normally does not do that until 10:30. I told her that was so kind of her. I went back to the store today 1-1-26 to buy two more pizzas for my son’s birthday party and the gentleman at the window was so kind to me. I do not know his name, but he was a older gentleman.

Normally enjoy coming here for food, placed an order a hour before closed, get halfway there and got a email saying my order was cancelled. Get to the store and they closed the store early, doors locked not answering the phone. Signs and website say they are open till 10pm, shift manager doesn’t care.

Why bother with telling online orders an expected time when the order isn’t even IN the oven after the specified time? My time was between 26 and 31 off the hour so I showed up at 32 off the hour It’s not like this placed is slammed with people. Also why is what looks like a 15/16 year old coming to the window to help me? Don’t know if I’ll be back to this location anytime soon. Only used it cuz I was on my way back from Nashville and it’s on the way to the house.

This is probably one of my least likeable little Caesars in Clarksville. You don’t get the warm welcome feeling. Sometimes staff don’t acknowledge you for a while. I just prefer other locations.
