I would rate it a One if I could I not eneb the type to leave a review. But poor customer service over all waited over an hour for breadsticks and pizza. Also the employees were giving attitude to customers when they simply asked for Marinara sauce and cookie dough for an order it took 5 minutes for them to get that. And customer waited about 10 minutes to get served I wouldn’t come back at all!!

Ordered pizza and crazy bread with sauce. Food was ready quick, received the email. Retrieved my food and waited several minutes before anyone even noticed me waiting to get my sauce. No greeting, nothing but “o here you go” and they walked away. Store was cluttered. Should pay a little more attention to your customers. Food was OK. Bring back the pizza recipe from the 80’s

Please for the love of God, please do not eat at Little Caesar’s on 1621 SOUTH COLLEGE STREET AUBURN,AL 36832. We only go there because the kids love the cheese sticks there. I bought my family some food from there and when I was eating with my two kids, my oldest took a bite out of her cheese stick and found a staple inside her food. It cut her lip just a little bit but ended up spitting it out. I ended up calling customer service to let them know. I was assured I will get a call from the manager and get my refund. So later I get a call from the manager Tony Moyer. He tried to act sympathetic about the situation but won’t take accountability that the staple was done by his employees. It felt like he was accusing me of putting the staple in my own daughters food. I told him that he was wrong and need to take accountability of his workers leaving nasty objects in my food and he then began to question my morals and asked me what I did for a living to switch it around. Tony Moyer has no right asking personal questions regarding my life and questioning me like I put the staple in my own food. I hope this message gets across Little Caesars corporation and handle this cause this was so unprofessional and very wrong. Also he told me that he was not going to refund my money when clearly the conversation didn’t go his way cause I didn’t accept his half way apology. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN!!

I love Little Ceasars but I placed a large order ($50+) for the National Championship game. The delivery is handled by Door Dash and when I went outside to get my order from the Dasher, it was a cup of ice cream from Sonic. The Dasher was very nice and apologetic but did not speak English. He had left my order somewhere else. I called the delivery support number and they don’t have the ability to have the order redone and delivered so I have to wait until someone calls me from Door Dash this week to find out if they are going to refund my money. I tried to call the store and got tired of waiting on hold because I am hangry.

I ordered 2 pizzas both were sealed. Then when I got home to open the Pizza one of the boxes were eating out of 3 slices. Then the person who prepared it had a nerve to seal the box and deliver it to the customer. It look like someone had it for their lunch break. Just nasty. I will never eat here again.
